The Judgment Court was overbearing in its ways, and it didn't have a very good reputation.

All four wore the Judgment Court's standard black robes. The three behind him were expressionless, while the man who had come to help them first wore a smile.

Over the past two years, Keli had learned a lot about etiquette while traveling with Grand Duke Kira. She stepped forward and bowed to the Judgment Court Wizards.

"Hello. I'm Keli, a Tier 1 Wizard. May I ask your name, sir?"

The man smiled warmly. "There's no need to be so formal. I'm Shadu, a Tier 2 Wizard of the Judgment Court. I was ordered to investigate Archaeost City."

Agu stepped forward. "May I ask what happened to Archaeost City, sir? Why did these monsters suddenly appear?"
