The Water God Breaks Free

"I can't hold her for long. Activate the connection now!" Thor pointed to the prepared Magic Array and told Pearl to take her assigned position.

"Just the two of us? Can we do it?" Pearl had spent the past few days by Ophelia's side and didn't know what was happening with Thor.

But she obediently followed his instructions, hurrying toward her spot on her doll-sized legs.

Just as Pearl was about to move into the Magic Array, the White Doll's body suddenly turned toward Thor against her will. Her left arm transformed into a long whip and lashed at him.

Although Thor was injured, his vigilance remained. He immediately caught the end of the whip.

Then he noticed smoke sizzling from his fingers.

The whip had astonishingly corrosive power.

"Ahh!" Nairila cried out in alarm. "Master, Pearl and I can't control our bodies!"

Before she had finished speaking, the White Doll's other arm lashed out again.

It was another white whip. This time, Thor didn't try to block it with his hand. He instantly activated his electric barrier.

But as the powerful web of electricity caught the whip, it too began to smoke, and a hole was torn through it in moments.

"What incredible corrosive power! It can even eat through Witchcraft made of Magic Power!"

Thor was startled. He knew this was another of Ophelia's tricks, but all he could do now was tough it out.

"Master, what do we do? We can't get over there, and we can't get out of this body either." Nairila was frantic. She didn't know how much longer Thor could keep Ophelia trapped.

Knowing there was no time to waste, Thor immediately raised his hand.
