Thor lowered his head and looked at his right shoulder. A warm glow covered the wound, which wasn't bleeding—though he wouldn't have bled easily anyway.

It didn't hurt, either. He just felt that his center of gravity had shifted, and moving felt different from before.

Losing an arm wasn't really a serious injury for Thor. If he wanted to, he could even restore it in an instant.
