It was already late at night. After leaving Ravenclaw Tower, Scott casually pulled up the hood of his black cloak.
He walked down a long corridor into the castle's main building, then sent off the raven he used to scout ahead.
Fortunately, he didn't run into anyone along the way and reached the agreed-upon classroom without a hitch.
When he pushed open the door, he saw two figures in the darkness turn to look at him at the same time.
"George, Fred."
Scott cast Lumos and reached out to catch the raven swooping down from above, then looked at the twins' sparkling eyes with amusement.
"I thought we agreed on one in the morning?" he said.
"We couldn't wait any longer!" Fred said with a grin.
George waggled his eyebrows at him. "Don't just look at us. You showed up much earlier than planned too, Scott."
Scott casually closed the door, then cast an Anti-Disturbance Charm on it.
The empty classroom fell dark again.
Fred soon lit a candle.
"To keep that crazy Filch from interrupting us."
Scott waved his wand at the classroom windows one after another, and the heavy curtains drew shut on their own.
"That should keep us from being seen, right?"
He thought it over, then waved his wand a few more times, turning all the curtains a deep black.
"That's better." He nodded, satisfied.
"Good work, Scott," George said. "Ever since that cat was attacked, the old man Filch has gone completely mad. He thinks Harry did it."
Scott walked over to the two of them and sat down on a chair beside an old desk.
The three of them gathered around the half-burned candle and began to talk.
