Bartholomew Kuma slapped a piece of rubble.

But immediately, his other hand swiped toward his back.

A Gokakyu was swatted away by him directly.

However, Bartholomew Kuma sensed that something was wrong.

"Lightning Style: Earth Web!"

Stuck into the ground where Bartholomew Kuma was standing were about thirty senbon needles.

One of them had a steel wire tied to it.

The other end of the wire was held in the hand of Uchiha Tamaharu, who was not far away.

A massive pressure bomb centered on his position instantly covered a radius of nearly sixty meters.

Those senbon were crushed and deformed, the steel wire snapped, and the current couldn't even touch the area around Bartholomew Kuma's body.

Everything covered by the pressure bomb was left in a state of utter devastation.

Huge chunks of rock were ground down into near-powder by the impact.

"He's practically a monster!"

"Let's run!"

Usopp and Chopper had been separated from the main group, but Chopper, who had transformed into a reindeer, was carrying Luffy, who had shrunk due to the side effects of Gear 3.

The two were near Uchiha Tamaharu and Bartholomew Kuma, both so terrified they didn't dare to breathe loudly for fear of being discovered.

Seeing the destructive power Bartholomew Kuma had just displayed, the two were scared out of their wits.

"You're quite afraid of being hit by electricity."

"It seems your body must have undergone modifications."

Uchiha Tamaharu did not continue to hide.

His main goal had been to gather intelligence and gauge the gap in strength.

But now it seemed the opponent relied mostly on the power of his Devil Fruit.

In terms of reaction speed, he didn't appear to be much stronger than Rob Lucci.

In that case, there was no need to waste any more time; he would end this battle early!

"You are not a member of the CP organization, are you?"

"The techniques you use, including the weapons used to attack me, are more like the abilities of a certain profession from that sealed island nation."

Likewise, Bartholomew Kuma had also sensed the situation regarding Uchiha Tamaharu.

He deduced that he might be a ninja, a profession he had only heard of in rumors.

He then proceeded to call for backup.

Although he could solve this alone, there were some risks involved.

But if they all attacked together, there would basically be no risk at all.

Shisui and Itachi stepped directly out of the shadows.

Bartholomew Kuma was somewhat surprised, clearly not expecting that two more people had been hiding.

By this point, most of his body had been modified, including his eyes!

It was almost like an electronic analysis, yet after fighting for so long, he hadn't discovered where these two were hiding.

His heart grew heavy, but because of his modifications, his expression remained stiff, unable to convey any emotion.

"Genjutsu: Sharingan."

Uchiha Tamaharu began to relay the battle plan openly.

Bartholomew Kuma couldn't figure out the situation and did not immediately take the initiative to attack.

In less than two seconds, Shisui and Itachi received the intelligence, understood the plan, and immediately began to move and disperse.

"Phoenix Sage Flower Nail Crimson!"

"Wind Style: Wind Scythe!"

Shisui and Itachi, positioned on either side of Bartholomew Kuma, immediately began unleashing their ninjutsu.

Uchiha Tamaharu followed suit, releasing Lightning Style: Lightning Strike.

At this moment, Uchiha Tamaharu sighed, thinking that having more people really was more satisfying.

It was no wonder that Danzo and Sarutobi Hiruzen loved running around with large squads; when a dozen ninjutsu were unleashed at once, an average person truly couldn't withstand it.

Bartholomew Kuma naturally didn't want to take the hits head-on, especially since he didn't possess Busoshoku Haki.

He chose to swat himself away, selecting the area near Uchiha Itachi, who appeared to be the youngest, as his target.

He raised his right hand and swiped directly at Uchiha Itachi.

However, these movements were seen clearly by the Sharingan, and Uchiha Itachi turned slightly to dodge the attack.

But Bartholomew Kuma's hand struck the ground, causing it to shatter instantly, and Uchiha Itachi was blown away by the shockwave.

"Rasengan!"

"Sword Leap Flame!"

Simultaneously, Bartholomew Kuma was met with a combined strike from Uchiha Tamaharu and Shisui.

Shisui's speed was a notch faster.

Bartholomew Kuma endured the Sword Leap Flame before swatting himself to another location, narrowly avoiding the remaining attacks.

"Very troublesome. Success rate for defeating them: ten percent."

"I would also lose my combat capability."

Bartholomew Kuma quickly assessed the situation.

All three of these individuals could react to his attacks, and their movement speeds were very high.

If he wanted to defeat all three here, the success rate was far too low.

However, it would be very simple for him to escape; he only needed to swat himself, and these people would definitely be unable to catch him.

But Dragon's son was about to fall into the hands of these people.

He felt that these individuals were not good people and were suspected to be members of the Four Emperors' Beasts Pirates. If Luffy fell into their hands, it would likely have a major impact on the Revolutionary Army.

They had just crawled to the edge of the bushes when they were startled by the sudden appearance of Bartholomew Kuma.

Bartholomew Kuma swiped directly at the three of them, intending to swat them all away at once.

"Poof!"

However, at that same moment, the three of them transformed into smoke.

Bartholomew Kuma's right hand passed directly through the cloud of smoke.

He had never encountered such a situation, and it left Bartholomew Kuma stunned for a moment.

"Genjutsu: Sharingan!"

Shisui did not hesitate to use the genjutsu he had developed, hoping to affect Bartholomew Kuma.

But Bartholomew Kuma's body only stiffened for a moment before he regained his senses almost immediately, realized the situation, and prepared to swat himself away to change his position.

"Genjutsu: Sharingan!"

But the second genjutsu arrived.

This time, it was Itachi.

The hand he was preparing to swat himself with stiffened once more before he shook it off.

Uchiha Tamaharu used his genjutsu.

But this time, Bartholomew Kuma barely stiffened at all, and his palm successfully struck his own body.
