Looking at the Rasengan in Sasuke's hand, Asuma and Kurenai Yuhi both had expressions of surprise, though they were mostly filled with confusion. After all, hadn't the Rasengan already reached the pinnacle of Shape Transformation? What was this situation, and could it really be changed further?

"Taiji Rasengan! I believe that's the name!" Faced with the questions from Asuma and Kurenai Yuhi, Kakashi said, looking somewhat surprised himself.

He had only caught a fleeting glimpse while they were executing their mission, and looking at it now, it seemed Sasuke still hadn't added Nature Transformation to the Rasengan! However, it did appear that Sasuke had truly carried forward his master's Rasengan.

The second was a Genjutsu ability that only members of the Uchiha clan with the Sharingan could learn: Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change, which was the ability to reflect basic Genjutsu.

"Old fox!" Looking at what Sarutobi Hiruzen had given him, Sasuke curled his lips in helplessness. It was clear that Sarutobi Hiruzen wanted to win him over but didn't want him to become too strong, so he gave him two ninjutsu—one with too low a rank, and the other that would be completely useless.

Of course, that was assuming Sasuke didn't have the Sharingan. However, Sarutobi Hiruzen probably couldn't have imagined that Sasuke not only had the Sharingan now but that it was already at the three-tomoe level!
