United Nations Conference, Amazon, Atlantis Announcement
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Rio Center.
Bright incandescent lights illuminated the venue, where people of different skin colors and races, dressed in various styles, arrived one after another and were guided by reception staff to their respective country's seats.
"Thanks."
Mike smiled, his muscular physique conveying a polite thank you to the receptionist before straightening his back and slowly sitting down.
"You are welcome."
The receptionist, dressed in a red formal uniform, smiled broadly and then told him that he could call her if he needed anything, before politely leaving the vicinity.
Ten years later, he hadn't changed much. His face didn't look old; instead, his rough features had been deliberately groomed. He exuded an imposing aura, giving others the authority of a superior.
His already imposing physique was even more robust, and his chest bulged high in the suit he wore.
He came as the national representative of the ' Te Gu Si Guo ' to attend the United Nations United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, organized by the United Nations Rio Center, Brazil.
Representatives from more than 180 countries and regions, representatives from more than 60 international organizations, and more than 100 heads of state or government will speak at the conference, urging governments and the public to take proactive measures to coordinate and cooperate in preventing environmental pollution and ecological degradation, and to work together to protect the human living environment.
His fingertips lightly touched the brown, austere table in front of him, which had beautiful wood grain patterns and reflected soft light. In the upper left corner was a bottle of natural mineral water with Ω Symbol. Mike's eyes swept over it slightly, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of emotion.
The changes that Ba Di brought to him were truly earth-shattering. His hometown became his territory, he became the representative of his home country, and the country became better and better, more stable and peaceful. No organization dared to provoke him.
Ten years ago, he was just a mercenary wandering around, but now he has become a national representative and even has a certain voice in his own country.
This is truly... amazing.
'Knock... knock... knock... knock'
He tapped the table lightly, his gaze leaving the mineral water label. He smiled faintly, his eyes gentle, and he politely swept across the room. Whenever a representative from another country made eye contact with him, he would nod and smile first, demonstrating the etiquette of Te Gu Si Guo, even though Te Gu Si Guo was only a country that had changed its name and been established a few years ago.
Here, he saw several other countries that had only recently quelled their wars: the ' Teng Chiefdom ', the La Duo Jun Te Guo ', the Zhong He Lian Meng He Zhong Guo ', and the Jun Te Guo '.
These were all countries that he knew directly controlled by Ba Di. There were even rumors that the boss controlled more than seven other countries, but Mike didn't know about these.
Even though he was one of the earliest people to follow Ba Di, he couldn't figure out everything about Ba Di.
These countries are now just as beautiful as my hometown.
Mike smiled and exchanged knowing smiles with each of the national representatives, presidents, and heads of state. They returned the smiles with knowing smiles and nodded to Mike in return.
These are countries that are well-known to the world and are controlled by Ba Di.
His capital control is overt, and he manipulates the country.
Even more so, there is a country named after him, a country that made him emperor.
Ba Di is like a termite or cancer cell on Earth, eroding this planet and all nations. The world is constantly shocked by his influence, his capabilities, his assets, and his technology.
The United States was extremely wary of him, and directly designated the Metropolis as a special zone, imposing heavy penalties and creating a special surveillance organization called the Sky Eye Society to monitor him, implying that he could not escape the United States ' watchful eye.
Then, Mike's eyes lit up with excitement. His gaze fell on a man in the front row, a man wearing a brown trench coat with a dark gold Ω Symbol embossed on the back. He was strong, though not as exaggerated as Mike, but still stronger than the average person. He was bald, and his hair shone brightly under the lights.
That was Luther, the representative of the ' Ba Miu Luo Di ' business group, representing the United States ' Ba Miu Luo Di ' business group, the largest group in the world, to participate in and promote this conference on protecting the world environment.
As for the ' Ba Miu Luo Di ' state, due to the influence of its earlier monarchical autocracy, it has been condemned as a hegemonic and autocratic state by more than 100 countries of the United Nations and boycotted.
However, this kind of boycott is just a farce.
The Ω Symbol has spread to every corner of the world, encroaching on every corner. Every country has things with the Ω Symbol, and it is simply irresistible in every aspect of life.
Luther seemed to sense someone watching him, glanced back at Mike, ignored him with a straight face, and then sat up straight again.
"Luther ...that kid..."
Mike muttered angrily to himself, "I watched Luther grow up, how come he doesn't know how to respect his elders!" His burning eyes weren't fixed on Luther, but on the gold-plated Ω Symbol on the back. Mike was now the representative of the ' Te Gu Si Guo,' and he couldn't wear clothes that represented the glory of the Ba Miu Luo Di; it made him itch with envy.
Damn it, I'll beat this kid up sooner or later.
Mike could only maintain a calm expression, inwardly glaring at Luther. The meeting gradually began as representatives from various countries arrived, with the Brazil representative starting to speak.
Here's a story to tell: why does Brazil always speak first at United Nations meetings?
This arrangement stemmed from an incident at the founding of the UN General Assembly. Since no head of state was willing to speak first, the countries agreed that whoever spoke first would have the right to speak first at the UN General Assembly in the future.
The Brazil president volunteered at the time, and as a result, for the next 70 years, the Brazil head of state was always the first to speak at every UN General Assembly.
The United Nations meeting is in progress, while outside, the streets have been cleared and are on high alert, with Brazil soldiers patrolling and on guard.
However.
Two men walked brazenly past the elite soldiers, strolling through the cleared streets under martial law, heading towards the Rio Center.
They were oblivious to their surroundings, and no one could see them.
"Are such weak land creatures worth coexisting with?"
The speaker was a man with gloomy eyes, a somber face, and a somewhat cruel demeanor. He chuckled coldly, and as he looked up, his cheeks, which ran down to his neck, were slanted downwards as he breathed. He held a Magic Five-Pronged Trident and cast a spell to become invisible.
He was tall, yet possessed an unusual fluidity, giving the impression of being like a fish, especially with his dark, fish-scale body armor and the wide black cloak on his back, evoking the dark, deep-sea creature.
"Protecting humanity is Amazon's responsibility."
His voice was resolute and cold, with the distinctive ruthlessness of Amazon warrior.
Antiope wore a wide, dark green cloak. She was strong and had a beautiful, muscular physique. She wore Amazon armor, silver bracelets, and clattering iron boots. Her slightly dark skin gave her an unusual sense of dynamism and power.
She glanced coldly at the Ya Te Lan Di Si representative beside her, Orm, the younger brother of the King of the Seven Seas and the Ocean Master (Orm), and then remained silent and made no further comment.
Antiope was the Amazon Queen and Hippolyta's sister.
Both appeared before the public as representatives of their respective long-hidden nations.
Ohm, having gotten the short end of the stick, flashed a sinister glint in his eyes and said nothing more.
The two walked along the cleared streets, and the guards, thanks to Ohm's magic, did not notice anything.
The two went straight into the Rio Center, proceeded to the United Nations conference, and then disappeared.
Ohm stepped forward from the podium, coldly surveying the shocked representatives from various countries.
"All nations, please hear me out."
Everyone, please calm down. This is not the end. It was all part of my plan!
