Batman Strikes
"Are you that unsure?"
In the morning, after announcing himself as Batman and meeting Clark, Ba Di thoroughly reviewed all the collected Joker information.
He needs to reduce the crime rate across Gotham, so the first person he needs to deal with is the Joker, who frequently breaks out of prison and plays games with Batman, but whom Batman is reluctant to kill.
Ba Di took the tablet, his brain starting to work out what game the Joker wanted to play this time.
This time, after watching the tablet, various clues began to emerge and be processed in Ba Di's mind.
"Gotham Television Headquarters!"
Ba Di held the tablet between two fingers, then extended it to Alfred.
After receiving the tablet, Alfred was puzzled. "This is too fast! Just by looking at the Joker's information and the Joker data we've gathered, they already know where the Joker is going to play the game?"
In the past, while his master was intelligent, he hadn't reacted so quickly to the Joker. The Joker's unconventional behavior and intelligence, comparable to Bruce's, made Bruce difficult to predict.
Alfred frowned and asked, voicing his doubts, "Isn't this too fast? Are you sure?"
"OK, Alfred, go prepare the Batplane."
Ba Di nodded. Based on the clues Joker Batman found earlier, Ba Di was able to deduce where the Joker's next destination would be.
The original Batman might need to make several mistakes and be misled several times before he finds his true destination in his confrontation with the Joker, and then has a final showdown with the Joker.
For Ba Di, this kind of calculation and speculation in search of clues was just a matter of glancing at it a few times.
With Ba Di's wisdom, vision, and computational abilities, his very existence is sufficient to calculate atomic arrangements, molecular formations, and even a person's mental particles, soul thoughts, and ideas. Thus, he can calculate external environments, emotions, and psychological environments, and predict a person's future choices.
Although Bruce's abilities will decline now that he has the body, the Joker is still just a mental patient.
Despite his twisted nature, unpredictability, and intelligence, the Joker still has a purpose.
The Joker's goal is to play games with Batman and watch Batman struggle with his own humanity.
In the Joker's original plan, there were several schemes waiting for Batman to take the bait and have some fun with Batman. But Ba Di recognized them all and, of course, didn't go through the other schemes.
The Joker's last plan was for Batman to reveal his identity and then have some fun, but how could that be possible?
Revealing one's identity would cause immense trouble, and even the Joker, with his mental illness, would understand how foolish it would be for Batman to do so, facing trouble from the government, the Gotham underworld, the people, the police, and so on.
No one would be that stupid.
Even if the Joker is mentally ill, he still knows it.
It's rare for anything to surprise the Joker, but this direct revelation of his identity is something that truly surprised Joker and found very amusing.
This scene was also caused by him. He created numerous newspapers to tell the entire Gotham that Bruce was Batman, and Batman, through his actions, added fuel to the fire, directly confirming Batman's identity.
So, with the final option—revealing their identities—the most interesting game was set up by the Joker and began.
This is not difficult to predict. What is more important is being able to see that the first few clues are boring traps. Then, in the most hidden clues, find the location that best fits the environment, the Joker's psychology, the playful spirit of a mental patient, and Batman's playful desire to reveal his identity.
This cannot be predicted. It's not difficult for Ba Di, but ordinary people can just wash up and go to sleep.
Actually, the last one is the most interesting.
Ba Di stopped, his well-fitting suit accentuating his tall figure. His eyes looked down at the entire Gotham through the floor-to-ceiling windows of Wayne Building.
Under a sky thick with dark clouds, the entire Gotham was shrouded in them. Standing where Ba Di was, the dark clouds seemed to press down on Gotham with an oppressive force, as if the phrase "dark clouds pressing down on the city, threatening to crush it" could describe just how heavy and oppressive the clouds were over Gotham.
Below, the lights flickered with a suppressed madness, neon lights shining like a glimmer of light in the darkness on the bizarre Gothic building, adding to the sense of unease.
No matter how bright the neon lights are, Gotham will still be dark because of people like the Joker.
'Thump...'
Suddenly, Ba Di seemed to hear the sound of a beam of light.
On a distant old building, a beam of light, like a pillar of heaven, suddenly rose from the ground, piercing through the gloomy clouds and creating a circle of light.
Above the clouds, within a circle of light, a bat symbol is hovering in the glow of the lights.
Seeing this scene touched Ba Di's heart slightly.
Bat logo.
This means... something's wrong with Gordon? Ba Di raised an eyebrow, his gaze gazing into the distance, deep and unfathomable.
Then, the deafening roar of a fighter jet engine came through the floor-to-ceiling windows, vibrating the air and reaching his ears.
A Batplane, like a sharp blade in the night, slowly descended before his eyes, blocking his view of the bat symbol.
Ba Di opened the floor-to-ceiling glass window and jumped directly from 300 meters in the air. The cold wind lashed his face like a knife. He jumped towards the Batplane and landed perfectly in the cockpit where the glass shield was slowly opening. He moved around comfortably, braced his shoulders, and adjusted his posture. The glass shield slowly closed in the cold wind.
"Sir, that 300-meter jump you just did was so cool! I need to save up some of your sperm first."
Alfred's voice came through.
He felt that they should leave an heir for the Wayne family, so that the next time the master slipped, he might be going to see the old man.
With a detached expression, Ba Di picked up the Batman suit next to him and began to put it on.
"Thank you, I need to change my clothes, please hang up the monitor."
On a dilapidated residential building.
The huge bat logo, soaring into the sky and reflected in the dark clouds, made it seem as if a giant bat was flying through the clouds above Gotham.
The Bat-Signal were pulled down here to notify Batman.
Gordon was thin, with graying hair at his temples. His former righteous demeanor had vanished, replaced by a deep, unyielding grit on his face and worry, his eyes brimming with anger.
His finger bones were white, his fist was clenched, and his thumb was pressing hard on a playing card, twisting the card so that Joker's face grinned and laughed inside.
His daughter, Barbara, was kidnapped by the Joker.
I took a break yesterday and the day before, as mentioned in the work's synopsis.
