Gradually Remembering the Ridiculous Things That Happened Yesterday / I'll Just Say Three Things
"I said, hey, feed me. Are you going to or not?"
"Y-Yeah."
Seeing her tiny pink fist raised, how could he not feed her?
So, with no other choice, Hoya the Broker picked up a piece of lamb and brought it to her mouth, watching her eat right in front of him.
How strange. He'd been drinking water the whole time, so why did his mouth still feel so dry?
Hoya the Broker picked up his chopsticks and reached for some food. He picked up some chives and eggs and put them in his mouth.
He seemed to have forgotten one of the effects of chives...
"I want some too."
"Then open wide."
As he ate, Hoya the Broker reached for his chopsticks again, but Ryuen Shoko suddenly grabbed his head and pulled his face toward hers.
She really did want to eat—but not the food on the plate. She wanted what was in someone's mouth.
Ryuen was being very forward, which was completely unexpected to Hoya. He couldn't figure out why she was doing this.
The sensation was soft, just as he'd imagined. But it was even softer and sweeter than he'd pictured. Maybe that was the effect of hormones?
"You know, you're seducing me. A pure-hearted guy like me can't hold back."
"Then what are you going to do about it, my strategist~"
Ryuen Shoko smiled, then slipped her left hand beneath herself and gently touched the bulge. "Or... you can do whatever you want with me today. How does that sound?"
"You sure?"
"It's a rare opportunity~"
Under the influence of alcohol, the two of them immediately began fooling around. Sure, they wouldn't be able to do this once they were completely drunk, but right now they were both only half-drunk—and the beasts in their hearts were quietly waking up.
Chapter 76: Gradually Remembering the Ridiculous Things That Happened Yesterday
"Ring, ring~ Ring, ring~"
"Ugh..."
He'd gotten drunk again yesterday.
Holding his head, Hoya reached over and shut off the alarm clock. Rubbing his eyes, he struggled to take in his surroundings.
His eyes were so sore, and his lower back hurt too.
So what exactly had happened last night?
Squinting hard, Hoya gradually felt his eyes getting a little better. He yawned and lifted the blanket beside him.
Hmm... where were his underwear?
Looking down at his little brother, standing tall and proud first thing in the morning, he couldn't help sinking into thought.
And as he pondered, he gradually began to remember what had happened the night before.
His face slowly turned pale. He abruptly looked beside him at Ryuen Shoko, who was hugging a pillow and sleeping soundly.
Her big, pale butt was sticking up right there. If he hadn't been in the habit of closing the curtains, the sun would probably be shining on it by now.
It was over. All over. In his first week at school, he'd slept with his own leader.
Drawing in a sharp breath, Hoya glanced at the alarm clock beside him.
While he'd been sitting there thinking, it had already become 7:10.
Shit, he had school.
It was Monday, and they'd spent the whole night going at it. He immediately grabbed a clean pair of pants and started putting them on, then patted Ryuen Shoko beside him. "Hey, boss, get up. It's time for school."
"Why are you waking me up? Can't you let me sleep?"
Good. She sounded lively enough, but now wasn't the time to be cranky about getting up!
"Boss, we're going to be late!"
"Then we'll be late. What do I care?"
If it were Kamuro Masumi, she'd have woken up at once and gotten ready for school. But Ryuen Shoko...
Right, she was a delinquent. Why would she care?
"Then, boss, you take your time sleeping. I'll go ask for the morning off for you."
With that, he hurried off to take a shower.
Passing through the living room, he glanced at the mess and shook his head. Forget it. He'd clean up when he got back at noon.
They really had gone a little too wild last night. The small table was completely smashed, and the empty plates were lying on the floor. They hadn't even finished the eggplant, and bits of it were scattered across the floor. Someone had apparently stepped on it too, leaving the whole place filthy.
As for their battle last night... from what little he could remember, they'd fought their way through the whole apartment. Even Ryuen Shoko hadn't been able to beat Hoya in the end.
The final battlefield had naturally been the bedroom. Looking at the wreckage there, he didn't know what to say.
Should he be glad they were in a safe period? Otherwise, after going at it so intensely last night, the two of them might have needed to carefully consider what to do next.
A safe period wasn't one hundred percent safe, but generally speaking, unless they were extremely unlucky, it was still reliable.
After quickly rinsing off and showering, Hoya came out of the bathroom. As soon as he did, he saw Ryuen Shoko leaning against the door and yawning.
"Um... why are you awake?"
"Didn't you wake me up? And you still had time to take a shower?"
"Then are you going to take one or not?"
"Stop talking nonsense."
Obviously. After what had happened last night, she'd been completely dumbfounded by how much had come out of him.
Didn't guys only produce five milliliters a day? Was he taking liberties just because this was a world of anime?
Maybe things worked differently because this world had different rules. Looking at the indescribable mess still left on the floor, Hoya decided he should clean up first.
As for breakfast...
"Hey, Albert, could you bring breakfast for me and the boss? Mm, okay. Sorry for the trouble."
After sorting out breakfast, Hoya glanced at the clock. It was a little past 7:20.
They still had time.
He quickly changed his clothes and started tidying up. Luckily, the place wasn't too messy. Compared to Ryuen Shoko's dorm, his room was easy enough to clean.
He grabbed the mop and started cleaning, sweeping all the scraps on the floor into a pile before tossing them into a large garbage bag. After taking care of the big bag of trash, he checked the time again.
7:47.
"Boss, are you still not done showering?"
"What's the rush? I'm drying my hair."
Ryuen Shoko pushed open the door as she spoke. When Hoya saw her, he quickly looked away.
"Why are you looking away? We already had our fun yesterday. Are you pretending to be shy again today?"
"No, I just... haven't gotten used to it."
Having just showered, Ryuen Shoko was completely naked. She didn't care, but Hoya did.
Damn it. They'd both been drunk last night, and he'd let his head get carried away. He'd planned to think about this sort of thing later, but they'd ended up doing it in a daze yesterday.
It was his fault too. He'd insisted on surprising her in the evening, and she'd been genuinely happy. She hadn't said anything while watching him run around taking care of things for her, but she'd appreciated it. Add a little beer to the mix, and—whoops!
They'd gone and made it a done deal!
"By the way, boss, do you think you'll be okay in class?"
"What did you say?"
"Nothing."
Hoya couldn't help scratching his head. He remembered reading that after your first time, you couldn't even get out of bed. He'd definitely seen red when he was cleaning up, so surely it had been her first time.
But why was the boss acting like nothing had happened?
He supposed it depended on the person, just like how everyone reacted differently to their period.
And as for novels, they also described guys lasting three days and three nights. Was that even possible?
Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
Anyway, it was obvious Hoya had no idea what he was talking about.
"What's with that look on your face? Get my clothes. We're going to be late."
What she'd said in bed was one thing, but now Ryuen Shoko knew they'd lose points if they were late.
As the leader, she couldn't be the first to lead the class into losing points. At least, she couldn't be the first one to lose points in full view of everyone.
"Oh, right."
He quickly found her uniform, underwear, socks, and shoes. Hoya took care of the garbage while Ryuen Shoko got dressed.
By the time they went downstairs, it was already 7:53. Class started in seven minutes. They could only run as fast as they could.
As for the garbage, they left the bag there and planned to deal with it when they got back. They simply didn't have time to throw it out.
"Holy shit, we made it. We made it."
"Get in there, you!"
In the end, they made it into the classroom just as the bell rang. Everyone in the class couldn't help staring at them.
Their homeroom teacher stood silently at the front of the classroom, watching Ryuen Shoko shove Hoya inside with a slap.
"Good, everyone's here. Take your seats. We're about to start the homeroom meeting."
It was clear that the relationship between those two had improved again, but Kazuma Sakagami didn't say anything.
At least for now, neither of them had lost points because of their relationship. He'd bring up the matter later.
Chapter 77: I'll Just Say Three Things
"Everyone did pretty well last week, though I suppose that's probably because you found out about S-Points."
As soon as he began, Kazuma Sakagami went straight to the matter. Hoya had already figured out what S-Points were, so it was inevitable that the whole class would find out too.
But according to the rules, S-Points could only be announced on the first of each month. They were confidential the rest of the time.
"Some points were deducted, but things were already much better over the last few days compared to the first day. I can tell you clearly that, compared with previous Class C groups, you've done very well."
Kazuma Sakagami couldn't help glancing at Hoya, who was panting like a dog after running all the way there, and Ryuen Shoko in front of him, who wasn't even flushed. It was obvious that their physical fitness differed enormously.
Of course, he had no idea that the night before, Hoya had even gained the upper hand for a while. Apart from the beginning, when Ryuen Shoko had managed to get an advantage, Hoya had been the one giving it his all for the rest of the night.
After all, being in good shape didn't mean you were good at every kind of exercise. Everyone had their own strengths. Just as someone who could run didn't necessarily have the strength to do pull-ups, people were all different.
"If our class still doesn't have a leader, I'll have to go on about a few more miscellaneous matters. But before that, let's hear a few words from Ryuen... and Hoya."
Kazuma Sakagami had initially meant to call on Ryuen Shoko, but he saw her looking toward Hoya. Hoya pointed at himself, clearly realizing that she wanted her external brain to come up with a plan.
Ryuen? As long as she could fight, that was enough. What he worried about was whether she could unite everyone.
"Ahem. I'll say a few things."
Hoya patted his chest. He felt like he was about to collapse from exhaustion.
At least they'd made it in time and hadn't lost any points.
"Ryuen and I have discussed this several times, and we also confirmed it with Shiina. We've decided on the following measures. First, the class fund."
As Hoya spoke, he raised his head and looked at everyone, gauging their reactions.
Hmm. Most of them looked surprised, but overall, no one seemed too upset.
"We're tentatively planning to start next month. Each month, ten percent of the income we receive that month will be pooled together and handed to Mr. Kazuma Sakagami to supervise. Mr. Sakagami, is that all right with you?"
"Yes, that's fine."
Hoya had discussed the class fund with Sakagami too, and they really did need to sort this out.
Just as the entire Class B handed its class fund to Ichinose, Hoya thought it over and decided not to entrust it to any individual. Instead, he'd hand it directly to the teacher.
Compared to a teacher, another student was more likely to be suspected and mistrusted, and problems could easily arise. Hoya didn't dare keep such a large sum of money himself. He didn't dare gamble on the darker side of his own nature. That was too dangerous.
