The Flash Suit

"Ah!"

Cisco jumped, his face pale.

Seeing it was Lin Li, Cisco let out a breath.

"Lin Li, you scared me to death. You don't make any noise when you walk."

"There's an old saying in the East: 'If you do nothing wrong, you won't be afraid in the middle of the night.' What are you hiding here for?"

Lin Li asked curiously.

Cisco immediately blocked his items and stammered, "N-nothing, just doing some small research."

Cisco moved aside and whispered to Lin Li, "Lin Li, don't tell Dr. Wells or Caitlin about this."

Lin Li walked over to the workbench and saw that it was indeed a red Flash suit.

"This suit is made of an enhanced tri-weave polymer. It's heat-resistant and durable. What do you think? Cool, right?"

Cisco said proudly.

Lin Li picked up the suit to examine it. The texture was somewhat rubbery. He rubbed it with his hand, twisted it, and then tried to tear it with a little force. The suit was tough, elastic, and of excellent quality.

Lin Li said meaningfully, "So, you've been Barry's support all these days?"

Cisco's proud expression faltered, and his eyes darted around.

"How is that possible? Why would I help Barry…"

Cisco said excitedly. The experience of being an assistant behind a superhero made him feel incredibly thrilled.

During this time, Lin Li held his tablet and used his Super-Speed Thinking to learn a lot of technological knowledge. He also tinkered with small inventions with Cisco during the day and frequently asked Dr. Wells technical questions. He completed the internal sensor relatively easily.

The Positive and Negative Electromagnetic Induction Loop Sensor was a small device that Lin Li invented using his electromagnetic induction abilities. Its technical description was quite complex.

They directly installed them onto the Flash suit and put the suit on a mannequin.

The two went directly to the control room lobby, where Barry was waiting in casual attire.

Cisco said to Lin Li and Barry with a beaming smile, "Gentlemen, The Flash is officially born from this moment, this second. I will host this. Any objections?"

Lin Li and Barry chuckled and clapped their hands with feigned annoyance. Once they said there were no objections, Cisco excitedly muttered to himself, "This is too thrilling. This moment must be recorded."

Then he took out his phone, opened the video recording, and placed it on the desk where everyone could be seen.

He then walked to a steel model standing with its back to Lin Li and Barry. The model was wearing the Flash Suit.

"Everyone."

"The Flash is born from this moment, The Flash Suit."

Cisco turned the model around to face Barry and Lin Li.

Barry, who had been crossing his arms, let them drop. He looked at Cisco and Lin Li, deeply moved. This feeling of being recognized, of having his values affirmed, warmed his heart.

Cisco said with a smile, "Try it on! The Flash."

Lin Li patted Barry's shoulder and said, "Go on, Cisco worked through several sleepless nights on this for you."

Cisco rubbed his nose, looking a bit embarrassed. "Lin Li helped out last night too. Otherwise, we wouldn't have finished it today."

Barry opened his arms and hugged Lin Li and Cisco, saying emotionally, "Thank you. Besides Joe and Iris, no one has ever done this much for me."

After the embrace, they separated.

Yellow arcs of electricity surrounded the model, and a red figure appeared before them.

"Hey, guys, this fits perfectly. Cisco, thank you so much. Lin Li, thank you."

Barry was wearing the tight-fitting red suit, with the circular yellow lightning bolt on a red background on his chest. The cowl covered the upper half of his face, revealing his eyes, and had lightning bolt earpieces.

Cisco was incredibly excited, shouting, "Barry, The Flash, go fast!"

Lin Li looked at Barry with a warm smile, feeling a sense of comfort. This was The Flash, the superhero embodying Barry's justice, kindness, and fight against evil.
