Background / History

Cisco is a STAR Labs engineer who becomes an essential technical supporter of Barry Allen and Lin Li after the particle-accelerator incident. He helps assess their abilities, builds communications equipment for speed tests, and eagerly supports Barry's emerging superhero career. 10 11 15

He secretly develops Barry's first red Flash suit from enhanced tri-weave polymer, then works with Lin Li to complete its internal sensors and emblem. Once Barry begins operating in Central City, Cisco monitors his suit and directs him toward emergencies through a live-news alert system. 14 15 16

As meta-human incidents escalate, Cisco becomes Team Flash's principal equipment designer.
