She brought Nangong Wan to Ma Xiaotao, who confirmed his identity and concluded that the people at the Qingse Hotel had been killed.

• The Ice Empress threatened Nangong Wan until he revealed that Xu Tianran planned to strike at Xu Lanqing with outside forces and might target the palace.
• Nangong Wan identified the four Trade Towers as the locations of the hidden High-Energy Compression Array Soul Tools and offered to lead the Ice Empress there.
