Background / History

Harry meets Damon White at King's Cross before their first journey to Hogwarts. Initially wary that Damon will treat him as a spectacle because of his fame, Harry is relieved by Damon's restrained reaction and quickly befriends him over books, owls, and their shared trip on the Hogwarts Express. Damon’s casual use of Wingardium Leviosa leaves Harry eager to learn magic himself. 7
