The Land of Whirlpools was vast; Kumogakure and Kirigakure could approach from any direction.
Fortunately, they had already exposed themselves. Having shifted from the shadows into the open, their direction of attack could be determined in advance with proper arrangements.
"My lords, Kumogakure and Kirigakure are approaching the southeastern part of the Land of Whirlpools. They are expected to land in five minutes."

Uzumaki Keisuke immediately said, "The southeast is a cliff, and its defenses are usually the weakest."
"Clan Head Keisuke, we'll leave this place to you. We'll go stop the ninjas from Kumogakure and Kirigakure."
Tsunade nodded as she spoke.
Although barriers had been set up around the Uzumaki Clan's compound, barriers alone were far from enough without powerful fighters stationed there.

Though the Uzumaki Clan specialized in Sealing Jutsu, they could not have maintained their footing in the Ninja World for so many years if that was all they knew.
