Origins and Historical Standing

Mathematical lineage

The sect traces its intellectual foundation to the merged lineages of Primordial Heavenly Lord Pythagoras and Geometry Devil Master Archimedes, ancient mathematicians whose teachings treated number as the root of heaven and earth. 20 105

Its Yizhou base originated with the Arithmetic Sect. Through marriages, mergers, conquests, and other consolidations, it absorbed related traditions and nearly recreated the doctrines of the ancient mathematicians. Some groups that rejected this union became independent splinter sects. 1111

In its early history, the sect drew upon Spirit Beast Mountain, Myriad Flowers Valley, and the Mysterious Star Observatory to reform its methods into Modern Dharma. 20 Tianze Shenjun later allied with the then-Ancient Method Myriad Dharma Sect to pioneer the Primordial Spirit path, while Lord of Yuanli sought the Dao within the sect and completed The Logic of the Great Dao with the aid of its methods. 580 1111
