Celestial and Mr. Popo were stunned at the sight of the fully restored Lookout.
Kami's Lookout was one thing, but this was the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Its internal space had collapsed, destroying the external structure along with it. Even working together, he and Mr. Popo would have needed more than half a year just to patch it up.
Yet Zhang Qi had restored everything with a mere wave of his hand.
"Hiss... Would you consider a change of career?"
"For instance, taking over from me as Earth's god?"
Celestial finally recovered from his shock and asked Zhang Qi.
He was not joking. He was already old, and he and Piccolo were one being.
For that very reason, once Piccolo was dealt with, he would meet the same fate.
But this planet still needed a god...
The power Zhang Qi had just displayed lay beyond anything he understood.
With power like that, whether Zhang Qi harbored evil thoughts was no longer particularly important.
"I'm not interested, but I do have the ability to resolve your problem with Piccolo now."
Zhang Qi shook his head, rejecting Celestial's offer outright.
Just as he had said, he had no interest whatsoever in the position of Earth's god.
Celestial froze.
"Resolve it? How?!"
Mr. Popo sounded rather excited as he asked.
"I have two options. First, I can forcibly sever the link between your lives.
"It would be like cutting the network cable connecting two computers.
"The downside is that you'd lose the support of your other half. Your divine power would probably be cut in half."
As Zhang Qi spoke, he looked at Celestial.
He could now see the link between Celestial and Piccolo.
And if he could see it, he could interfere with it.
"What about the second option?"
Celestial frowned and continued
