Masaki Keigo used a reactor-powered device to transform himself into a being of light, gaining a high-dimensional consciousness and the ability to manipulate energy and matter. After returning to his ordinary senses, he received a call from Takayama I.

• Masaki Keigo entered the completed device, which used energy from Ark fusion reactors to bathe him in pure light.
• The light dissolved Masaki Keigo’s body and rebuilt it as a humanoid form made of light, while his consciousness expanded to perceive energy, matter, and spacetime directly.

Masaki Keigo uncovered the radical destruction bringer’s attempt to keep him from intervening in the conflict between Gamu and Fujimiya, then transformed and flew to their meeting. When he arrived, Fujimiya had transformed into Ultraman Agul and charged at him in anger.

• A silver giant swiftly destroyed the Eboron Cells Monster, and the battle lasted only thirty seconds.
• Gondo Kihachi hijacked public broadcasts, announced that humanity had mastered giant power, and displayed several silver giants descending over the city.
• Gondo explained that clones made from selected human DNA had been fused with Giant Stone Statues using Masaki Keigo's light-particle conversion technology.

After Glitter Tiga defeated Gatanothor with humanity’s gathered hope, Masaki Keigo helped guide the aftermath of the crisis before leaving for another world. He arrived in the peaceful world of Mebius and began investigating the Land of Light.

• Humanity’s collective will transformed Tiga into Glitter Tiga, who destroyed Gatanothor and restored the sky’s light.
• Masaki Keigo collected a badge containing the power of hope, which he recognized as a force distinct from Noa’s light and Gaia’s will.
• TPC and the reorganized Earth Defense Force exposed and punished those behind the Prometheus Project, then agreed to form a unified global defense organization.
