Background and History

Liu Chengfeng first invokes yellow sand associated with her to drive Black Emperor out of an Ancient Domain. The sand disperses after use, prompting him to complain that the Yellow Sand Girl's gift is single-use 157.

She awakens in Liu Chengfeng's mind after his cultivation stirs dormant ancient power. Intrigued by his ability to awaken and refine it, she asks to inspect his Life Palace and is stunned by his nine Creation Godheads, which she recognizes as a means of preserving the Primordial Spirit in an undying, indestructible state 206.

After Liu opens a third Fate Palace, the Yellow Sand Woman moves in by claiming he had promised it to her. The Faceless Stone Statue immediately joins her, beginning their long-running rivalry as co-residents of the same palace 214.

When an object from beyond the heavens threatens the Green Meng Realm, Liu forces her to honor a promise she owes him. She destroys and refines the object, extracts the Heavenbreak Grass from it, and reveals that the Golden Lotus Root can reconnect the realm's severed ancestral vein and allow Liu to become its master 237.
