Eudora cooked personally.
Dark thought it over and decided it would be safer to do it together, so he entered the kitchen with her.
Three dishes and a soup were soon set on the table. Eudora wanted to continue cooking, but Dark stopped her.
There were only two of them eating. Any more would go to waste.
The pink-haired girl in a cute apron nodded obediently. The two sat down together and tasted the fruits of their joint effort.
The food tasted good. Dark was happy, and Eudora was happy too. From cooking together in the kitchen to sharing lunch, this would become Eudora's fondest memory of the day.
After lunch, they rested for a short while.
Then Eudora led Dark out of the room and began heading downstairs. Above the third floor of the Star Tower were facilities and areas off-limits to idlers. But from the first to third floors, there was plenty to see and do.
Eudora had made a complete itinerary, though she had not expected to fulfill it all. She had never imagined the day would go so smoothly.
Sightseeing on the third floor, shopping on the second, watching chess and admiring flowers on the first.
The entire afternoon seemed to vanish in an instant. One moment of distraction, and it was over.
Eudora wanted to invite Dark to her home for dinner, and then naturally... But as soon as they reached the third floor, she received a notice. Left with no choice, she took Dark to find Professor Medea.
Their leisure time was over. It was time for business.
Dark arrived at Professor Medea's office.
After more than two months apart, Professor Medea still did not appear to have changed in the slightest.
It was as if the marks of age had solidified upon her.
