AncientWisemon's Book of Records would find it difficult to yield positive feedback in the short term. But Barbamon and Mega Steelix were different.
"If there's an opportunity, it seems I really should make time to do something a Spirit Trainer would do."
Smiling, Dark looked toward Mega Steelix's next Finisher. Based on his intended role for Mega Steelix, it was already enough for it to possess the two Finishers Gluttonous Serpent and Iron Defense. The remaining two Finishers were entirely optional. After all, the Onix line was not known for its offense. Being able to fulfill its defensive role well was more than sufficient.
With that thought in mind, he focused on Mega Steelix's next Finisher—Pounce.
"Hmm, a very plain and unadorned Finisher name."
[Pounce: Mega Steelix attacks by ramming its body into its opponent. The higher its Defense, the greater the damage it deals.]
Pounce was a move that calculated damage using its own Defense in place of its Attack.

That was power extremely well suited to its size and weight. But sometimes, the composition of Finishers was not as perfect as one might hope.
In truth, the Finisher Mega
