Last time, Vlad had escaped by self-destructing in the secret passage.
This time, Dark did not want any more accidents.
Before the two professors arrived, he would not act rashly.
Facing the delighted-looking Robert, Dark pointed the Magitech Card, whose surface bore nothing at all, at him.
"Stop, Robert."
"Ah..." Though Robert was bewildered, he obediently stopped in his tracks.
At that moment, the two of them were separated by a relatively safe distance.
Dark carefully observed Robert and "Victor" within the [Three-Pillar Light Prison], then suddenly said, "Professor, you can come down now."
And so—
From the faint green breeze curling around Robert's ear came Professor Kazel's voice. "Coming."
A moment later—
A triangular magic circle lit up on the ceiling once more.
The light of the magic circle pierced through the entire ceiling.
Professor Kazel, positioned directly above them, jumped into the magic circle, passing through the extremely thick floor and leaping into the classroom.
Professor Kazel promptly waved his wand, wrapping his feet in wings of wind.
Then he descended upon the gale, appearing between Dark and Robert.
When they looked up again—
Professor Sylph descended from above as well, carrying Victor Gaude.
Professor Kazel's sudden appearance surprised Robert, but also gave him a slight sense of relief.
At this point, he had not realized that he had violated curfew.
However, when Professor Sylph and Victor Gaude appeared, Robert seemed to lose his mind, turning his head back and forth as his gaze darted repeatedly between—
Victor here and the Victor inside the [Three-Pillar Light Prison], his mouth hanging open as wide as an egg.
Seeing the two professors arrive, Dark finally relaxed a little.
He said directly, "Professor, confirm it first."
Professor Kazel rubbed his brow, then suddenly gave Robert a light tap with his wand.
