Above Tamojin Lake, a massive Metal Lifeform appeared, followed by one figure after another.
Several dozen figures soon emerged from the Metal Lifeform, hovering in midair and forming four separate groups.

As the sound of splitting skin rang out, the members of the Four Divine Beasts Clan transformed. Scales appeared across the Azure Dragon Clan members' bodies, and their hands became dragon claws. Tiger stripes surfaced on the White Tiger Clan members, who let out roars. The Black Tortoise Clan members' bodies suddenly grew enormous, while fiery red wings appeared on the backs of the Vermilion Bird Clan members.
The nine figures at the front radiated a terrifying pressure. The green-haired man in the lead flew forward, looked down at Tamojin Lake, and raised his hand. A blue orb of light formed and he hurled it down with tremendous force.
In an instant, a powerful blast tore through the green currents in the surrounding area, dispersing them. The green mist vanished, revealing the lake's original hazy golden color.
"Good heavens, are those the Four Divine Beasts Clan's elders? There are so many of them. Are they all Seven-Star Demons?" Someone in the crowd of onlookers nearby couldn't help exclaiming.
"That's nothing. Those nine in front are all Prefects!" A purple-haired young man swallowed, his voice full of admiration.
The Four Divine Beasts Clan might be overbearing and domineering, but their strength was unfathomable. Some people hated and mocked them for their actions, while others envied them.
"You finally came!"
Ren moved, appearing in midair in an instant. He hovered a few hundred meters from Gaiseresen and swept a cold glance over the members of the Four Divine Beasts Clan.

Gaiseresen's tone was laced with mockery. A trace of murderous intent appeared in his eyes as he looked at Ren.

They were all children of Overgods, yet Gaiseresen and the others were far worse in the way they behaved than the likes of Leisjing. As clan leader, he also fell far short of Han Jin, the head of the Augusta Clan.
"Pity. Since you've rejected our favor, you'll learn what it means to wish you were dead!" Gaiseresen shook his head slightly, speaking with a hint of regret.
"Hmph!"
Ren gave a cold snort. A dark light flashed through his deep eyes, and the Divine Power in his body erupted. In the next instant, he moved.
"Hm? So fast? This is bad!"
Gaiseresen's vision blurred for an instant. In the blink of an eye, Ren, who had been hundreds of meters away, was suddenly right in front of him.
Gaiseresen reacted as quickly as he could. Icy blue Divine Power burst from his body as he retreated at full speed. At the same time, his right hand became an Azure Dragon claw, which he desperately raised to shield his chest.

Gaiseresen leapt out of the crater, looking rather battered. His right dragon claw had been pierced through, and a massive hole gaped in his chest. Blood streamed from his wounds, while his green hair fluttered, streaked with red.
"How is this possible? His attack is that powerful?" Gaiseresen's eyes were full of disbelief. He didn't have a material defense Sovereign Artifact, but he was the Azure Dragon Sovereign's only son, and his physical strength ranked among the best even among Asuras. Yet someone had shattered his body with a single blow.
"What happened just now? That speed..."
The white-clad man hovering not far from Gaiseresen, Partridge, came to his senses. He stared at Ren in shock. He had been closest, yet he hadn't even seen what Ren had done. In other words, he wouldn't have been able to block that attack either.
Ren didn't give the others time to react. He moved, appearing beside Partridge in the next instant.
"This is bad!" Partridge's expression changed drastically. He frantically stirred the Divine Power in his body, trying to put some distance between them. But a powerful force suddenly bound him, as if he were mired in a swamp. His movements slowed considerably.
"Bang!"
Partridge barely managed to raise his arms in front of his chest. Ren's punch sent him hurtling backward, and he flew hundreds of meters before finally managing to stop.
"A material defense Sovereign Artifact?"
Ren gave a soft exclamation as he watched Partridge hurtle backward without suffering any injuries. He wasn't particularly surprised. The Four Divine Beasts Sovereign's emissaries were bound to have a Sovereign Artifact. Ren was powerful, but he didn't have a body like Linley's, so it was hard to kill an Asura through a Sovereign Artifact's protection.
Still, that wasn't a problem for Ren. A cold glint flashed in his eyes, and two translucent Azure Light Sword Shadows shot from them, entering Partridge's body at a speed too fast for the naked eye to follow.

"This is bad!" Partridge reacted at once, immediately activating the Fate Sovereign Power within him.

Inside his Sea of Consciousness, the Sovereign's Might formed a massive white beam that swept toward the Azure Light Sword Shadows. Only by combining it with his soul power and giving everything he had could he barely hold them back.

Ren paused, but didn't pursue Partridge. Instead, he turned to look at the others.
"Die!"
A roar that shook heaven and earth rang out. The phantom image of a giant White Tiger appeared behind Gus, and a strange energy surged toward Ren. A powerful soul shock struck inside his Sea of Consciousness.
Innate Divine Ability—Tiger Roar!
"Hum!"
A blue halo erupted around Gus. The instant Gaiseresen had been knocked away, Gus had activated the Wind Sovereign's power. Now his hands had become white tiger claws, and he lunged at Ren's head at full speed.
"Hmph!"
The Tiger Roar's energy stirred slightly inside Ren's Sea of Consciousness, then dissipated at once. Ren snorted. His right hand shifted from a fist to a palm, and he raised it to meet Gus's tiger claw. Space shattered into a massive fissure. Gus felt a terrifying force and involuntarily retreated a short distance.
"How is this possible? His strength is that great? And why didn't my Innate Divine Ability work?"
Gus stared at his shattered right tiger claw, blood showing through the cracks, then at Ren, who had taken his Innate Divine Ability head-on without a scratch. He was completely dumbfounded.
