Background / History

Long Yuan maintains control of Class C through violence, coercion, and fear. After Zhu Xincheng reveals that Long Yuan has been bullying him, Xia Mu vows to make Long Yuan “experience true despair.” Long Yuan subsequently sends Yamada to collect points from Zhu; Xia Mu defeats Yamada and warns that further harassment of Zhu will have consequences. 17 25 26
