Favoritism exam (2) The first wall of the omniscient reader?

Inside the main dining hall of the Cruise Ship, Yi Chen and the others arrived at a table set with exquisite tableware and fresh flowers.

They selected a spot in a slightly secluded corner and slowly sat down.

Yi Chen steeled his heart and activated it!

The Omniscient Reader card instantly shone brightly in the room, filling it with golden light.

Yi Chen was blinded by the flash and couldn't open his eyes.

Following that, the golden light filling the room gradually dissipated.

She was dressed in a pure white robe, her wings gently fluttering behind her.

Seeing this, Yi Chen curled his lips and let out a scoff, then asked directly:

"What is the effect of my Omniscient Reader? And what does the First Wall mean?"

The Angel tilted her head slightly, blinking her eyes in feigned surprise:

"You've already used Omniscient Reader? Young man, you really are impatient."

"I'm not entirely sure about the specific effects of this card, either."

"However, if I remember correctly, the First Wall will interfere with the plot."

Upon hearing this, Yi Chen was overjoyed, his face full of eagerness as he pressed for more:

The Angel playfully winked at him and spread her hands:

"You can think about the rest yourself; I'm going to sleep now."

With that, before Yi Chen could speak again, the Angel turned into a streak of light and vanished.

This Angel was truly strange; when Yi Chen called for her during his spare time, she acted as if she couldn't hear him at all, yet whenever a mission was issued, or when he needed her like this, she would appear immediately.

Yi Chen felt helpless, staring at the spot where the Angel had disappeared for a long while before finally letting out a long sigh, lying back down on the bed, and pulling the quilt over himself.

He thought:

As he pondered, he slowly drifted off into a dream.
