Background

Qin Annian worked as a temporary employee of the Taiyu City Security Bureau before being attacked and killed in an abandoned factory. He then awakened memories of a previous life in which he had been a teacher in China, along with a subsidy panel that could provide cultivation experience. Its first grant gave him three hundred years of Xingyi Cannon Fist mastery. 1 2

Initially possessing only 9.8 Life Development Power, Qin used his newly acquired combat understanding to defeat two modified humans involved in organ trafficking and rescue the children held in the factory. He reported the incident to the Security Bureau, where the panel first displayed its assistance-count function. 2
