Overview

Life Development Power measures the development of a living being's life force. It is the Federation's standardized numerical framework for assessing martial cultivation, with major thresholds at ten, one hundred, one thousand, and ten thousand points 2 9.

Cultivation is not limited to strengthening one body part at a time. Force drawn from the Spirit Sea develops the body as a coordinated whole, improving muscle density, organs, bones, strength, endurance, perception, and vitality together 9 22.

Cultivation Process

Standing Posture training is the foundational method for increasing Life Development Power. A practitioner endures physical exhaustion and Inner Demons, clears their mind, enters the Spirit Sea, and draws the Force of Creation into the body to advance life evolution 3 26.

• Standing Postures train the body externally and temperament internally; they are the standard entry point to martial cultivation 3.
