Background / History

Qian Renxue is the daughter of Bibi Dong and the former Pope Qian Xunji, as well as the granddaughter of Martial Soul Hall's Grand Elder, Qian Daoliu. Her childhood was defined by Bibi Dong's hostility and emotional distance. Before learning that Bibi Dong had killed Qian Xunji, Qian Renxue still sought her mother's recognition and worked to prove herself worthy. 15 16

As the Qian family's greatest talent, she initiated the Angel God Trial and possessed the Six-Winged Angel Martial Soul from birth. Rather than cultivate continuously during her prime years, she undertook a long-term mission in the Heaven Dou Empire, replacing Crown Prince Xue Qinghe and working toward usurping the throne. Contact with Yan

Qian Renxue first observes Yan after his unprecedented thousand-year first Soul Ring. Years later, while operating as Xue Qinghe, she confronts him outside Heaven Dou City, reveals herself as a Soul Emperor, and challenges him after he disparages her choice to prioritize political infiltration over cultivation. Yan defeats her despite possessing one fewer soul-ring stage. 15 37 39

Following the duel, she provides Yan with intelligence on Dugu Bo and the Sunset Forest. She also secretly assists his acquisition of a ten-thousand-year third Soul Ring, though she expects him to acknowledge the debt. 40

Recruitment Attempts

Qian Renxue repeatedly tries to recruit Yan with resources, status, and eventually the promise of a future Platinum Bishop position. He refuses every offer, preferring independence to becoming her subordinate. 37 84

Qian Renxue completes the Angel God inheritance and immediately seeks Tang San in the Star Dou Great Forest.
