The oppressive presence of the Ork Warboss made every Primaris Space Marine who had entered the control room grim-faced.
The enemy picked up an enormous axe-hammer from the ground.
The weapon was even larger than a Primaris Space Marine's body.
Simply lifting it was already terrifying, let alone wielding it in battle.
Yet the Ork Warboss swung it with effortless ease. The air howled, and the Orks caught in its path were either killed or wounded.
Beside the Ork Warboss stood a group of Ork Nobz, larger than ordinary Ork warriors and equipped far better than the rest.
The weapons in their hands looked rather formidable as well.
"Damn Humies." The Ork Warboss stomped forward toward the Primaris Space Marines.
The Ork Nobz also let out excited roars and followed their Warboss into the attack.
Outside the door, Ork warriors continued to pour in, and the two sides clashed once more.
The green tide quickly swallowed Corvu and the others' position.
Amid the melee, one warrior charged forward, attempting to confront the Ork Warboss.
With a single sweep of that massive weapon, the warrior slammed into the ship's inner wall with a bang.
He tried several times to rise, but failed each time.
One strike had crippled a Primaris Space Marine.
Listening to the pained groans over the comms, Corvu ordered the others to deal with the Ork Nobz and Ork warriors while rescuing the wounded man.
He would face the Ork Warboss himself.
"Stupid Humie."
The toothless mouth split into a vicious grin.
Corvu said nothing. He steadied himself and allowed his body to draw upon the power of the Heart of Guilliman.
This powerful, mysterious organ granted the Primaris Space Marines unimaginable strength and regenerative ability.
So long as their faith remained unbroken, they would never fall.
"WAAAAAAGH."
