Background / History

Heart Manifestation is a mental martial-arts technique wielded by Fang Can. Its effects are rooted in the mind and can exert overwhelming pressure on opponents, influence their hearts, and produce destructive power through the user’s intent. Yang Lie is shocked when Fang Can first employs it against a group of disciples. 35

Fang Can later uses it repeatedly at the Martial Arts Arena, defeating hundreds of disciples and silencing those who attempt to conceal their defeat by pretending to be insane. His display leads Yang Lie to report his potential to the Tiger Fiend Sect Master. 36

At Blazing Sun Martial Hall, Fang Can’s disciples become intensely eager to experience the manifestation again, regarding it as something they need time to contemplate in hopes of awakening their own. 43
