Katsuragi Kohei was stunned. Morishita Ai was stunned. Sakayanagi Arisu was stunned, too.
The information was incredibly comprehensive. Some of it was news even to Sakayanagi Arisu.

Not only did the president and vice president have their own offices, but every officer had a space of their own.
Kiryuin was led to the confidential conference room in the central administrative area on the second floor.
Few people were ever brought here to face judgment, but today's circumstances were unusual.
Horikita Manabu and several other student council members had repeatedly confirmed that the notebook was completely blank, but they had still summoned Kiryuin Fuka.

Most Class A students were well-behaved. They were also worried about others affecting the points they received, and the reward was generous. So, as soon as the rule was introduced, everyone accepted it. No one objected.
Yagami Shizuka had also said that rule-breakers would be recorded, and if any expulsions became unavoidable later, those students would be considered first.
That single policy prevented potential disputes over expulsions down the line.
If you didn't want to be expelled, you just had to behave.
That wasn't the outcome Yagami Shizuka wanted, either. If he could help it, he didn't want anyone to be expelled.
Most things weren't difficult if you took them seriously, especially for a class full of top students. They'd rarely broken classroom rules before, let alone now.
He wasn't asking the impossible. As members of a group, they had to take responsibility for their actions.
Of course, special circumstances would be handled accordingly.
For now, Yagami Shizuka was using Sakayanagi Arisu's name to implement these policies. All that mattered was that the class approved them.
Sakayanagi Arisu thought Yagami Shizuka was wrong to make decisions on his own, but she had to admit she admired all his proposals, so she didn't stop him.
