History

A thousand years earlier, Soul Heaven Emperor gathered the Soul Clan to ambush the Xiao Tribe after Xiao Xuan failed to reactivate the tribe's exhausted Dou Emperor Bloodline. The Xiao Tribe was nearly annihilated despite inflicting severe losses on its attackers, leaving only a small remnant to flee to the Northwest Continent. 391

Xiao Xuan's self-destruction heavily injured both Soul Heaven Emperor and Nihility Devouring Flame. At the time Xiao Jin disclosed the Soul Clan's strength, both were still recovering, and Soul Heaven Emperor was expected to need at least another dozen years to heal fully. 56 By the period following the Shi Clan's disappearance, the alliance suspected that both had recovered. 477

The clan infiltrated the Ancient Clan by replacing the deceased Second Elder Gu Yang's soul with that of a Soul Clan member, aided by Nihility Devouring Flame. Gu Yuan later verified the replacement and found no other high-ranking Ancient Clan members compromised. 56 78

Soul Hall

The Soul Hall serves as the Soul Clan's widespread operational network. It collects souls, maintains a long-standing presence in violent regions such as the Black-Corner Region, and uses its information network to trace targets and emerging threats. 122
