Background / History

Qin Yu was born into the Eastern Suppressing Prince Mansion as Qin De’s third son. After attaining the Xiantian Realm, Qin De revealed that the Qin Family had concealed its identity as the surviving direct line of First Emperor Qin, Ying Zheng; the family had changed its surname from Ying to Qin to escape extermination after the Qin Dynasty’s fall. Qin Yu accepted the burden of restoring the bloodline’s glory and aiding the family’s cause. 5 6

Yun Ce became Qin Yu’s master and transmitted the complete nine-stage Heaven-Reaching Chart into his mind. Under Yun Ce’s guidance and a Spirit Gathering Array, Qin Yu cultivated his body for years, eventually receiving the Meteor Tear when it fell from the sky and fused into him. 3 4 7

To gain real combat experience, Qin Yu descended Cloud Mist Mountain under the disguised identity of Meteor. He joined the Heavenly Net as an assassin, rose to Gold Rank, gathered intelligence for the Qin Family, and assassinated Zhen Xu and Zhen Xu’s siblings after learning they threatened the family’s preparations to conquer Chu. 10 11 12 14

After the Qin Family seized Chu and established the Qin Dynasty, Qin Yu was named Marquis of the World-Suppressing and given command of the Fierce Tiger Army. He then left worldly affairs behind to train with Yun Ce and Xiao Hei in the Great Wilderness, where he completed the Heaven-Reaching Chart and entered Lei Wei’s inheritance site to obtain Stellar Transformations. 27 28 30

Qin Yu later returned repeatedly to support his family, survived multiple heavenly tribulations, refined powerful treasures, and ascended with Yun Ce to the Immortal, Devil, and Demon Realm. He founded Star Pavilion, which grew into the Star Alliance, fought Emperor Yu’s forces, acquired the inheritance of Artisan God Chehou Yuan, and ultimately established himself in the Divine Realm. 190 208 272 280

The Qin Family’s concealed heritage, his mother’s vengeance, and the threat posed to his relatives motivate many of his early choices, including the assassination of Zhen Xu.
