Arc 1A Genin Team Takes Shape
Akaseki Uchiha awakened his Sharingan through a mysterious immersion platform, trained its abilities, and passed Jiraiya’s bell test alongside Minato and Ranwu. Their first mission brought the team to the Flower Capital, where they pursued a pickpocket and began planning how to draw out the suspects.
- Akashi Uchiha awakened his Sharingan during Hiruzen Sarutobi’s speech after the platform forced him through a painful romance drama, and Jiraiya placed him on a team with Minato Namikaze and Ranwu.
- Akaseki learned that Ranwu was Tobirama Senju’s granddaughter, then met clan leaders Kensho and Ranyu, who investigated his Sharingan and the mysterious platform.
- Kensho and Ranyu found that Akaseki had a One-Tomoe Sharingan with unusual copying and genjutsu-resisting abilities, and Fugaku taught him Uchiha techniques while the platform’s trials helped him train.
- Akaseki, Minato, and Ranwu struggled through Jiraiya’s bell test before working together to take a bell and earn their Konoha headbands.
- Jiraiya taught Akaseki Earth Style, while Fugaku explained how Uchiha emotions and Sharingan power could change Fire Release, and Akaseki used immersion to train those transformations.
- Jiraiya took the team to the Flower Capital for a mission to catch thieves, where Akaseki studied the case files and noticed that thefts had recently declined.
- Minato used a Shadow Clone disguised as Akaseki while the real Akaseki stole purses to provoke a suspected inside man, and Uchiha Yashiro arrived and offered to help Akaseki learn Earth Style.
- Akaseki rejected Yashiro’s criticism of Minato’s approach and proposed drawing the suspects out by visiting a place where stolen goods were fenced.
