In the Dungeon that have been conquered and explored, all Dungeon levels are determined by the level of the final boss.
If the final boss's level is Blood Robe, then the Dungeon level is A; if the final boss's level is Wandering Soul, then the Dungeon level is E.
It's impossible for Dungeon to be level E, only to have the final boss be a Vengeful Spirit.
