New Residents of the Tube Building

The entire Rain Phase Mountain is divided into five zones: the Primordial Region, the Primordial Beginning Region, the Heaven and Earth Region, the Doomsday Region, and the Public Zone.

These five zones are roughly equal in area, but the number of residents varies drastically.

"The population of the Primordial Region does not exceed one hundred and twenty."

"The Primordial Beginning Region has roughly over a thousand people."

"The Heaven and Earth Region has about ten thousand."

"And the Doomsday Region has tens of millions," said the middle-aged man with an aquiline nose, Ka Yu. "Oh, and members of the Primordial, Primordial Beginning, Heaven and Earth, and Doomsday Regions cannot enter any other region."

"Our Doomsday Region has the most people. The vast majority of core members live here. When headquarters internally selects elites to join the core, they all enter the Doomsday Region. Some outstanding Realm Lords recruited in also come to the Doomsday Region!"

Members of the Doomsday Region live in tube buildings; members of the Heaven and Earth Region live in villas; members of the Primordial Beginning Region live in estates.

As for the Primordial Region, each member resides in a lavish estate spanning over a thousand kilometers in diameter—practically an independent little kingdom. The estate has all kinds of training facilities, and even an Immortal-level teacher stationed there.

The four secret realms each have vastly different treatment levels, designed to encourage members in lower secret realms to strive and break into higher ones.

Under Ka Yu's guidance, Feng Hui gained a general understanding of Rain Phase Mountain. Besides the different areas where members of the four secret realms reside, there is also a Public Zone that members from all four regions can enter. It contains commercial and entertainment venues for these young geniuses to socialize and relax.

Standing on a steep rock at the edge of Rain Phase Mountain, Ka Yu pointed into the distance at an island of immense size shrouded in clouds and mist—an island hundreds or even thousands of times larger than Rain Phase Mountain, surrounded by endless lightning.

"Look, that's Thunder Island, also known as 'Immortal Island.' All of the company's Immortals generally live there in the virtual universe. Thunder Island is the true gathering place of the company's experts."

Ka Yu gazed at Thunder Island in the clouds, longing in his eyes.

Rain Phase Mountain gathers all core members of the Virtual Universe Company below the Immortal level, while those above the Immortal level reside on the far vaster Thunder Island.

That place is considered a sacred ground for the entire human race in the universe.

"Come on, I'll take you to the Doomsday Region," Ka Yu said with a smile.

"Even though we live in the worst tube buildings, we're still core members of the Virtual Universe Company. A sparrow may be small, but it has all the vital organs—we still get the benefits we're entitled to."

"Out there, countless people would break their heads trying to get in. Tens of millions sounds like a lot, but when you average it out across all the universe countries, it's not that many per country."

"Of course, if you have the ability later, you must seize the chance to push into a higher secret realm!" Ka Yu said with deep emotion. "My potential is exhausted; it's very hard for me to rise to a higher secret realm. But you're only at the Stellar Level—you still have endless possibilities."

"Even in the Doomsday Secret Realm, there are many incredible opportunities. Seize them, and changing your fate against the heavens isn't impossible. Even just rising to the Heaven and Earth Secret Realm would give you benefits and treatment far, far better than here."

Feng Hui nodded. He certainly understood the gap between the Doomsday Secret Realm and the higher secret realms.

The resources and treatment allocated to the Doomsday Secret Realm and the Primordial Secret Realm were simply incomparable.

Although many experts had emerged from the Doomsday Secret Realm, when it came to the ratio and difficulty of becoming an expert, the better the secret realm, the more limitless the prospects.

Feng Hui followed Ka Yu through the bustling Public Zone of Rain Phase Mountain.

Yet within the Virtual Universe Company, one of the five behemoths of humanity, he barely qualified to enter the Doomsday Secret Realm. Countless Realm Lords were only peripheral members, far from being core members.

After passing through the Public Zone.

The two walked along a wide bluestone path, with many others traveling alongside them.

Soon, an ancient, grand gate carved entirely from an unknown purple wood appeared before them.

The grain of the wood at the top of the gate formed the universal common language characters—"Doomsday Region."

At the entrance to the gate, crowds of people came and went.

"Let's go, just head straight in."

Ka Yu looked at Feng Hui. "If you were in the Primordial Region or the Primordial Beginning Region, there would be dedicated administrative staff to guide you. "Then it's over this way. Follow me."

The two flew through the air.

"We're here. This is it." Ka Yu pointed at the building in front of them.

Feng Hui looked up and saw an ancient, towering building standing before him.

"Feng Hui, I'll see you off here. Just go inside and find your own room."

"Oh, and there's one thing I need to remind you. As a new member of the Doomsday Secret Realm, you'll receive a free grant of one hundred credits from the company. These hundred credits are crucial as starting resources for cultivation."
