Chaos City Lord has guarded Chaos City and protected the Human Race for endless ages. As Chaos City’s master, he personally inspects every new group of cultivators entering the city, seeking talent worth nurturing for humanity’s future 35 163.

When he inspected Qian Yu, he discovered the latter’s Special Life Clone possessed a Gene Level 5,500 times greater than normal. Rather than coveting it, he investigated Qian Yu’s history and concluded that the former slave had the potential to become a future pillar of the Human Race 36.

After observing Qian Yu’s rapid progress on the Heavenly Bridge—from the tenth floor to the fifteenth in roughly a century—Chaos City Lord accepted him as his thirty-second personal disciple 39 42.
