Bibi Dong established Soul Hall in Shrek City after gaining praise from the three empires. Before Shrek Academy officials and representatives of the three empires, she swore to devote the rest of her life to fighting Evil Soul Masters and bringing peace to the Douluo Continent. The declaration immediately elevated Soul Hall into a top-tier continental force. 34

Soul Hall based itself in the independent Shrek City rather than within any of the three empires. Though its stated mission won broad recognition, it rejected every attempt by the empires to recruit it. 37

Over the following three years, the continent experienced an unusual period of calm that was publicly credited to Soul Hall’s establishment. However, the narration indicates that the apparent peace did not mean the underlying threat had vanished, describing the true culprit as having “restructured and taken their company public.” 34

Zhong Liwu, leader of the Holy Spirit Cult, denounces Soul Hall as hypocritical. He alleges that its members previously disguised themselves as Holy Spirit Cult disciples, committed murders under the cult’s name, and then established Soul Hall under the banner of purging Evil Soul Masters. These accusations are presented as Zhong Liwu’s suspicions and claims. 34
