Who Is Moyu?

The Nen Space created by the Eye of Vision had used Moyu as its model to create a monstrous Thought-Object copy.

That copy had taken all the wild ideas lurking in Moyu's head.

Then, using an unrestricted version of Soul Echo, it had turned those ideas into reality and plunged countless Nen users, including members of the Zodiacs, into despair.

Thanks to those "victims" demonstrating the results firsthand, Moyu had seen many possibilities.

He now held the reward of "Nen Capacity +1."

He could draw on what had happened to the victims in the Nen Space and develop new abilities from Soul Echo.

Still, Moyu couldn't help thinking about developing an entirely new Nen Ability.

Two Nen Abilities...

The temptation was considerable.

The problem was his Specialist Nen Type.

Unlike Enhancers, Manipulators, and Conjurers, whose Nen Types had clear characteristics, Specialists covered too broad a range to offer any definite direction.

Because of that, even when Moyu considered developing a second Nen Ability, he had no clear path forward.

Of course, he didn't have to fixate on being a Specialist.

According to the chart of Nen Type proficiency, Manipulators and Conjurers could become Specialists later through training, given a certain degree of luck.

That suggested Manipulators and Conjurers had a relatively close affinity with Specialists.

So if Moyu wanted to develop a second Nen Ability, he didn't have to cling to the directionless Specialist category. He could settle for Manipulator or Conjurer instead.

"Thinking about that now would be getting ahead of myself."
