Seeing one of the people who had rescued him arrive, Anko's face lit up. But when he remembered the black-robed man's identity and strength, his expression quickly darkened.
"Run! He's not someone we can handle!"
"Run? Now? You've got to be joking."
The black-robed man kicked Anko away and gave a cold snort. He looked at Noah expressionlessly. The badly injured Anko was no longer a threat, but he couldn't let the white-haired boy who'd seen his face get away.

Noah indeed couldn't unleash his explosions freely; he'd demolish the inn. But he also knew the black-robed man wouldn't dare go all out.
This city was called Magnolia, after all, and Fairy Tail was just a short distance from the inn. Makarov and the guild's S-Class Mages weren't pushovers.
Realizing Noah intended to take him down in close combat inside the room, the black-robed man didn't slow down at all. Instead, he closed in, moving so fast that within a single second, he attacked from three different directions.
To the fallen Anko, it looked as if the black-robed man
