After agreeing, the two Progenitors did not leave. Instead, they followed Chen Yuan into the Yuan Chu God Kingdom.

Although they spoke of establishing a kingdom, Chen Yuan had in fact only dispatched his subordinates to subdue the territories of five hundred Chaos Provinces moments ago.

From the gathering of the five God Emperors to the end of the wager battle, and then to the two Progenitors becoming his followers, only a little over ten minutes had passed.

Whether it was Skull Peak God King, who carried the orders of the Two Ancient Kingdoms to subdue the territories outside the Food Kingdom, or Irel and Tuyuan, who remained within the Food Kingdom to take over those 117 Chaos Provinces, neither had finished their work.
