Background / History

Xun Er grew up beside Xiao Bai in the Xiao family and became his closest childhood companion. Although she concealed her Gu Clan background, she devoted herself to supporting him through his years of stalled cultivation, repeatedly providing Qi Gathering Powder and assuring him that she would help him recover his strength. 2

She recognized that Xiao Bai’s stories and unusual knowledge could expose dangerous secrets. After hearing him speak of Supreme Beings, she asked him not to share the story with anyone else, privately fearing that even she might not be able to protect him if her suspicions were correct. 14

As Xiao Bai’s feelings and connections with other women became apparent, Xun Er struggled with jealousy but chose to confront the situation rather than leave him. After learning that his time with Little Fairy Doctor followed a period of amnesia, she formed an understanding with her and asked her to watch over Xiao Bai when Xun Er could not remain at his side. 122
