Why? Why was I in Class D?! With the mind of someone who'd just started college in my previous life, I'd practically mastered high school material. My academic evaluation should've been at least an A!

Could it be because I'd spent all of middle school fighting delinquents? I'd only done that to practice martial arts! I'd already shown that I was physically capable, too! That should've been a point in my favor, shouldn't it?

That's right. One of the talents I'd drawn was [Martial Arts Talent]. Qiuyue Qi had learned martial arts from movies, studied Jeet Kune Do systematically, and taught himself judo.

In elementary school, he'd thought the other kids were childish and looked down on playing with them. Once he learned about Advanced Nurturing in middle school, he'd often sought out delinquents to practice his martial arts talent, beating them up so badly that everyone avoided him. As a result, he'd been labeled as having violent tendencies and a solitary disposition, and was dumped in Class D.

That was what Qiuyue Qi thought to himself.

He then found his seat and sat down. It was one seat in front of Yamauchi.

In his seat, Qiuyue Qi frantically analyzed the plan he'd made earlier. In a way, the beginning was the best time to earn points.

While Qiuyue Qi was still analyzing things, a woman in a suit walked in.

She looked very young, as though she couldn't be over thirty.

Her hair was tied up in a high ponytail, giving her a neat and efficient appearance. She was quite beautiful, too.

"First, let me introduce myself. I'm Chabashira Sae. I usually teach Japanese history, and I'm the homeroom teacher for your Class 1-D.

The classrooms for each class will remain the same for all three years, and you won't be reassigned to different classes. That means you'll be classmates for three years, and I'll be your homeroom teacher for all three years as well. I look forward to working with you."

"Also, the entrance ceremony will be held in the gymnasium tomorrow at ten.

Pass this from the front to the back. This document explains the school's special rules. You should've already received it at the introductory session before enrollment.

To make sure everyone has read it, I'll hand it out again and explain it once more.

Our school has a special rule: first, it's a boarding school. All students attending classes here must live in the on-campus dormitories. Also, for the full three years you're enrolled, you're prohibited from contacting the outside world or leaving school grounds.

But there's no need to worry. The school has all kinds of facilities on campus.

You'll find all the necessities of life here, as well as entertainment. If you can think of it, the school has it."

"As for shopping, the school should have given you a phone. You'll need to use the points in the Student Terminal on your phone. It contains your personal account.

You can buy things at the supermarket and other places, but that will use up the points in your account, so be sure to keep an eye on your balance.

And remember one more thing: as long as you're on school grounds, there's nothing you can't buy with points.

In other words, anything owned by the school and located on its grounds is available for purchase, no matter what it is.

The phones aren't very different from ordinary ones, so I don't need to teach you how to use them, do I? You're all high school students. If anyone doesn't know how, come see me in the staff room after class.

Lastly, you'll use points at school. Points are equivalent to yen; one point is worth one yen. Is that clear?

As for the points, they'll be deposited into your personal accounts automatically on the first day of every month. You should have received 100,000 points for this month. You can check your phone for the details. Does anyone have any questions?"

The classroom instantly erupted into chatter.

"One hundred thousand?!"

"No way! One hundred thousand—and every month?! We're rich, we're rich! Hahaha!"

Qiuyue, sitting in front, clearly heard Yamauchi's voice and sighed inwardly. If he hadn't known the plot, perhaps he would've reacted the same way.

The students in Class D were still caught up in the temptation of all those points. Teacher Chabashira's expression gradually grew disappointed.

"If no one has any questions, I hope you enjoy your time at school."

Teacher Chabashira left after saying just that.

Sigh... According to the plot, Hirata should be stepping forward to suggest that everyone introduce themselves next. Why hadn't he stood up yet?

"Everyone, could I have a moment?"

Everyone turned to look at the student who had raised his hand. He gave off a sunny, cheerful vibe, and his handsome face had already won over most of the class.

There he was. I'd been waiting ages. I'd give an introduction that wouldn't draw too much attention, act like an ordinary guy, and get through this part of the story.

"As the teacher just said, we'll be classmates for the next three years. So, what do you think about everyone introducing themselves? That way, we can get to know one another more quickly."

"I agree."

One person spoke up first. Qiuyue glanced over. Yeah, some extra whose name he couldn't remember.

"That sounds nice."

"Yeah, we don't even know what to call each other yet."

After the first person agreed, the others followed suit one after another.

"Thanks. Then I'll start.

I'm Hirata Yosuke. I hope everyone feels comfortable around me, so you can just call me Yosuke. I like all kinds of sports, and I'm planning to join the school's soccer club. I look forward to getting to know you all."

Right after Hirata, a girl stood up and introduced herself.

"Then I guess it's my turn.

I'm Kushida Kikyo. My goal is to be friends with everyone here. I'd love to make all kinds of memories with you, so please don't hesitate to invite me to things."

The girl's introduction won over most of the boys in the class.

One introduction followed another, and finally it was Qiuyue's turn.

"My name's Qiuyue Qi. I have a lot of interests and hobbies. If I had to choose, I'd say reading novels, watching anime, and listening to music. As for what I'm good at, probably studying."

Mm, that was good. There shouldn't be any problems with it. And with the academic intensity of a high school in Zhonghua Family in my previous life, how could I not be good at studying?
