"Shiraishi, you're back?" Ichinose Honami had stayed at the rear, looking after the classmates who were walking the slowest.

There was a reason the school had told everyone to wear long sleeves and pants. They had to make their way through the woods the whole time, and wearing shorts and short sleeves would leave them liable to get scratched by branches.

"I'll give you a hand." Shiraishi Makoto joined them, taking some of the weight. "The destination can't be far now, right?"

"About 300 meters, I'd guess." Kanzaki Ryuji estimated.

A few minutes later, Class A emerged from the woods and arrived at a clearing. The ground was remarkably flat, and there was a device in the center.

"That must be the check-in device." After Class A set their supplies down beside it, they left some people there to figure out how to set up the tents, while the others who still had energy went back to help the girls farther behind.

After a while, everyone in the class had reached the campsite, and they began discussing who should be their "leader."
