Tony was silent for a moment. Without saying anything, he got up and flew away.

Then, before long, everyone saw Tony on television, flying around inside the buildings and rescuing people.

The cameras also gave the newly emerged superhero several close-up shots, but Tony was wearing a faceplate, so no one knew who was hiding behind it.

Soon, the view shifted back to the center of the battlefield, where the fight was growing increasingly intense.

"Hulk!"

"Shut up! I'll make you lose! Current Drive, four hundred thousand volts! Ultimate Emperor Leg!"

Hulk's strength continued to increase with his anger, while Peter was also improving at an astonishing rate after entering battle mode.

As both their strength continued to rise, sometimes one overpowered the other and sometimes the other overpowered him. Back and forth they went, pounding the foundations of the entire neighborhood all over again.

They were enjoying the fight, but the surrounding buildings couldn't withstand it.

The chain reaction had already begun. Three buildings had collapsed together and were now falling toward a fourth, while the fierce battle was accelerating the process.

Tony finally realized that if he didn't deal with the giant below, he would have no way to rescue people in peace.

He dove down and shouted, "Peter, you can't keep fighting here, or you'll destroy the entire neighborhood. Draw him outside the city!"

Peter was in the middle of an exhilarating fight. It was only after hearing Tony's voice that he calmed down and glanced to the side, where he saw devastation everywhere, with ruins and broken walls scattered across the streets.

He was only a high school student. He had never seen anything like this before, and he froze on the spot.

On a battlefield, there was no room for the slightest distraction. Hulk immediately slammed a heavy punch into his chest, sending him flying into another building.

Hulk charged into the building in great strides, pursuing him relentlessly. This time, however, Peter no longer confronted him head-on. Instead, he rose and fled, transforming into a streak of lightning as he raced along the broad streets toward the outskirts of the city.

"Hulk!" Hulk's anger had yet to subside. How could he possibly let Peter escape? He roared and immediately gave chase.

Meanwhile, after receiving the news, General Ross immediately ordered the fighter jets carrying missiles to prepare for takeoff, ready to attack Hulk at any moment.

They had been unable to use missiles inside the city before, resulting in heavy losses. But now that they were outside the city, he firmly believed that there was no problem the Jericho Missile couldn't solve.

That was how trustworthy the products of Stark Industries were!

Peter ran fast, while Hulk pursued him relentlessly. One ahead and one behind, they soon left the city and reached the outskirts.

Peter found an open area and stopped, preparing to continue fighting Hulk. It was only after stopping that he realized he was dizzy, his vision swimming and his mouth parched. These were clearly signs of excessive blood loss.

If this had happened earlier, while his battle intent was still at its peak, he could have continued fighting. By breaking through again and again, he could stimulate his vitality, greatly increase his blood-production efficiency, and keep fighting Hulk without suddenly dying from exhaustion.

But stopping halfway caused his boiling battle intent to slowly recede, and his agitated cells had already calmed down. The injuries he had suffered earlier could no longer be suppressed.

However, Hulk had already caught up. With a powerful enemy before him, Peter had no chance to rest even if he wanted to.

Seeing Hulk charge at him again, Peter could only grit his teeth and continue driving his power, desperately squeezing the cells in his body.

"Current Drive, five hundred thousand volts! Ultimate Energy Conversion Art, convert it all!"

Amid a thunderous explosion, he finally withstood Hulk's attack, pouring all the force into the ground and creating a massive crater at the scene.

But he immediately realized that he had made the wrong choice.

If he had chosen to clash with Hulk just now, he might have been able to make his battle intent boil again. But he had instinctively chosen to neutralize the attack. Tactically, that wasn't wrong, but strategically, it was a grave mistake.

Although the attack had been neutralized, the pressure his body endured was no less intense. His chest felt heavy, his head was spinning, and everyone he looked at seemed to have overlapping images.

The recovery from Current Drive was extremely fast. As long as he could catch his breath, he could suppress the abnormal condition and reorganize his offensive.

But his enemy wouldn't give him even that moment. Hulk leaped high into the air and came crashing down toward him with a heavy stomp.

"Hulk!"

The shadow of death fell over Peter's heart. For the first time, he felt death so close to him. Even when Hulk had pinned him to the ground and pummeled him relentlessly, he had never felt this way.

Peter felt as if a string in his mind had snapped. His eyes filled with blood, his mind went blank, and he desperately drove the power within his body.

"Bullshit! You think you can make me lose? You're not good enough! Today, I'll defy the heavens and show you!"

In a trance, Peter seemed to sense something, and he successfully seized that sliver of opportunity.

The electricity coiling around Peter suddenly contracted inward and merged into his body, leaving not a trace of electricity on his skin.

"Magnetic Field Rotation, First Heaven!"

"Useless trash! Go to hell!"

A small mushroom cloud rose from nowhere and shot straight into the sky.

The armored convoy that had followed from a distance was stunned by the terrifying energy. They all stopped their vehicles and didn't dare approach any farther.

Earlier, their battle with Hulk had involved only ordinary infantry weapons, with the most powerful being tank armor-piercing shells and individual rocket launchers. They had never forced Hulk to reveal the limits of his strength.

The military had previously been very confident, believing that missiles could deal with Hulk. But the battle between Hulk and Peter had now proven that the two of them were human-shaped nuclear bombs. Missiles definitely couldn't kill them.

General Ross's expression was extremely grim. He hated this sense of powerlessness, yet at the same time, he was even more obsessed with this power that surpassed the ordinary.

The mushroom cloud slowly dispersed. Through his binoculars, Ross clearly saw that the two monsters at the scene were both standing there unharmed. Neither of them had died.

However, a moment later, the human who looked like a student swayed on the spot, collapsed face-first onto the ground, and stopped moving.

General Ross was overjoyed and immediately ordered, "Quick, draw that green-skinned monster away! Send a team over there and capture that humanoid monster alive. I'll use him for my latest experiment."

The machine gunners immediately attacked Hulk, while an armored vehicle carried them in the opposite direction, hoping to lure Hulk away.

But Hulk had just been viciously beaten by Peter, and his rage was at its peak. Heavy machine-gun bullets struck his body without causing the slightest pain.

Forget about drawing his hatred—even getting Hulk to look up at them was difficult.

And since Hulk wouldn't leave, the second team didn't dare approach at all.

"Hulk!"

Hulk threw his head back and roared. Then he suddenly leaped high into the air and, while still airborne, aimed at Peter lying on the ground and crashed down toward him.
