Background / History

Tony initially viewed himself as part of the world’s elite through his wealth, intelligence, and ownership of Stark Industries. Learning through lucid dreams that sorcerers, aliens, and beings such as Carol Danvers existed shattered that confidence and left him deeply insecure. His pride, however, drove him to enter the extraordinary world rather than retreat from it. 23

He became Zhan Liu’s disciple, moved into the Ultimate Limit Hall, and used scientific equipment to accelerate his cultivation. His rapid success at Current Drive made him the Hall’s first formal disciple and Senior Apprentice-Brother, with authority during Zhan Liu’s absence. 23 24

After entering Magnetic Field Rotation, Tony escaped a terrorist attack by stopping a missile and defeating the attackers. The incident forced him to confront the consequences of Stark Industries weapons being used against him. 37 38 His later clash with Namor exposed the weakness of his long-range, armor-reliant fighting style; while protecting an injured Peter Parker, he recognized the value of genuine martial training and began studying the Ultimate Protective Qi and Ultimate Emperor Leg. 57 60

Tony increasingly treated Magnetic Field Rotation as a scientific system to be analyzed, amplified, and industrialized. His Strong Magnetic Armor became his principal answer to the limits of cultivation, though its development was constrained by material brittleness and Vibranium scarcity. 42 117

Tony later met an older counterpart from another timeline. Though the two immediately clashed over their values and methods, they agreed to cooperate in gathering the Infinity Stones. Their encounter pushed Tony to reassess his own priorities, especially his reliance on force and his fear of losing Pepper. 338

As conflicts among Magnetic Field Warriors escalated, Tony came to see Magnetic Field Rotation as a destabilizing force that endangered humanity and Earth itself. He attempted to use time travel to erase Ultimate Limit Qigong from history, then confronted Zhan Liu in space to avoid destroying Earth in their battle. 390 392 399 During that confrontation, Tony sacrificed his leg to complete the Fallen God Wings and decapitated Zhan Liu in a desperate final strike. 399 400

In a later altered-timeline account, Tony awakened with restored memories of the multiverse and Eternity’s manipulation. He fled Stark Tower, recruited Peter Parker as an apprentice, built new Nano Armor, and began planning to oppose Eternity while cultivating allies capable of reaching Star Shattering. 447

Personality

Tony is intensely proud, competitive, and convinced that his intelligence can solve problems others consider impossible. He initially pursued cultivation partly because he refused to be inferior in a world containing sorcerers, aliens, and superhumans. 23 31
