Before that, however, he still had several places to visit. He had to learn Great Thunderclap Temple's location from the Heavenly Court, and he also needed to beat up the Jade Emperor first, lest that fellow jump out and cause trouble at a critical moment.
As for the Heavenly Court's location, Tang Luo had only extended the power of his Great Hand Seal into it; he had never truly gone there. Thus, he had no clear sense of it and could not directly open a route through the Roadway.
