Tang Luo operated as a God and Demon Walker under the dharma name Xuanzang. Early in his career, he joined Zhou Zhenguo and others in clearing remnants of a criminal organization, framing his actions as punishing evil and promoting good for Merit Points 20. His stated moral principle was that killing merely from suspicion was improper, though he consistently applied “deliverance” with overwhelming force 4.

He cultivated the public image of an upright monk, healer, and exorcist. His Consecration ability made him particularly valuable to Approaching Science and later Martial Arts Myth, where many initially knew him more as an unparalleled physician than as a combatant 106 339.

Tang Luo joined Martial Arts Myth after negotiating compensation with Kongming, while continuing to report the development to Qin Menglan of Approaching Science 106.
