Finding a receptacle for the Poison of Faith did not necessarily require Tang San. Any genius would do.

To the Asura God, Tang San was expendable. Of course, if things played out as they had in the original story and Bibi Dong killed Tang San when the plan was on the verge of success, the Asura God would still save him.

But now that the Asura God knew something was wrong with Tang San and Xiao Wu, he was probably wondering how to kill Tang San.

What Ao Zhan did not know was that one god still valued Tang San greatly: Poseidon.

Poseidon was only a First-Level God, though, and nowhere near as dangerous as the Asura God.

After letting his thoughts wander for a while, Ao Zhan suddenly looked toward Spirit City and smiled. "They're finally here."
