Background / History
Si Ming originated on Earth, died in a traffic accident, and transmigrated into an alien world. There, survival required constant battle against wolf packs, goblin-like creatures, and magical beasts capable of fire, poison, and wind attacks. The experience left him acclimated to violence, corpses, and the satisfaction of defeating stronger foes. 1
He later returned to Earth only to enter the Main God’s reincarnation system as part of the East Sea Team. In his first mission, set in the Alien vs. Predator world, he immediately established himself as the team’s most dangerous member by killing one hostile reincarnator and incapacitating another. 1
Appearance
Si Ming initially appears as a fair-handed, unscarred youth whose body resembles that of a student or office worker rather than the hardened survivor he remembers being. He is approximately 1.7 meters tall in his normal state, but his second-stage Gene Lock can transform him into a three-meter-tall minor giant. 1 33
- Fair, smooth palms without scars or calluses after returning to Earth. 1
- Commonly wears a Nanosuit for armor, supply support, and concealment. 13 21
- Can envelop himself in dusk-colored Night Battle Qi armor. 3 34
- His Gene Lock transformation enlarges both his body and equipped Nanosuit. 33
Personality
Si Ming is calm, analytical, and relentlessly pragmatic. He evaluates enemies, resources, and allies according to utility, preferring preparation and information gathering over impulsive confrontation. His battles against Xenomorphs, Wolf, and the Night Demons consistently rely on exploiting weaknesses, controlling terrain, and using the appropriate weapon or summon rather than relying on brute force alone. 5 12 23 29
His time in the alien world made him accustomed to killing, and he has little patience for arrogance, incompetence, or disobedience. He is notably detached toward people he considers burdens, as shown by his indifference to Yumie’s disappearance and his severe punishments of the East Sea Team’s reckless newcomers. 1 13 22 24
Despite this ruthlessness, Si Ming does not pursue indiscriminate destruction. He protects civilians when doing so is feasible, helps Colonel Neville develop the KV Virus antidote, avoids needless contamination and mass slaughter, and directs the Celestial Team to minimize harm to cursed civilians. He ultimately recognizes that he and his new teammates are inclined toward a Lawful Good outlook. 26 35 42 45
Abilities & Skills
Night Battle Qi
Si Ming’s self-cultivated Night Battle Qi is a unique energy system that does not meet the Main God’s normal Battle Qi prerequisites, yet remains compatible with other energy systems and can convert into Necrotic Aura. 14
- Internal Battle Qi — Enhances his strength, stamina, bodily awareness, and perception. 3
- External Battle Qi — Forms a dark veil or armor with defense comparable to modern plate-chain composite armor; it conceals his aura, heartbeat, silhouette, and presence, becoming stronger at night. 3
- Projected Battle Qi — Can sharpen weapons, mark living targets for tracking, and detonate at a chosen moment. 3
- Acid resistance — A thin energy layer protects him from Xenomorph acid because the acid cannot corrode pure energy. 5
- Energy conversion — Can turn Night Battle Qi into Necrotic Aura and back again, purifying inert death energy and allowing rapid recovery between necromantic techniques. 14 15 29
- Limitation — Its three forms can be used together, but they draw from one finite energy pool; increasing output in one function reduces the others. 3
Battle Qi Techniques
After studying the Origin of Battle Qi manual, Si Ming develops more systematic control over circulation, breathing, physical tempering, and externalization. 16
- Hundred-Pace Divine Fist — Fires externalized Battle Qi over roughly ten meters with the close-range force of a large-caliber firearm. 15
- Battle Qi Armor — His fully formed armor withstands the shrapnel from his own Corpse Explosions. 29
- Short-duration flight — Manipulates boiling Battle Qi around his armor to lift himself roughly ten meters into the air, though at immense energy cost. 34
- Five Strikes of the Cinder King — A developing greatsword technique that creates a destructive vortex of Profaned Flame; it was later reinforced with the Evil Explosion model to reduce its setup and energy cost. 34
Necromancy
Si Ming’s Primary and later Intermediate Necromancer enhancements grant him Necrotic Aura, an undead summoning space, and a growing army of dead and mineral-based constructs. 14 33
- Raise Dead — Creates Skeleton Soldiers, Wraiths, and undead beasts from corpses. 14 15
- Undead storage and repair — His summoning space preserves undead and repairs their damage, though it corrodes ordinary items stored within it. 15
- Corpse Explosion — Detonates undead bodies as fragmentation explosives, then converts and purifies the returning Necrotic Aura for continued use. 29
- Evil Explosion Technique — A purchased refinement that produces grenade-level explosions at close range or at a distance. 34
- Advanced summons — Can field more than three hundred Skeleton Soldiers, elemental Skeleton Mages, Sub-Giant Skeletons, Rock Giants, and Steel Colossi. 34
- Limitation bypass — Conventional necromancers suffer bodily corrosion from Necrotic Aura and lack personal offense or defense, but Si Ming’s conversion ability negates the corrosion drawback and allows him to fight directly. 33
Death Divinity
Si Ming recovered the Death Divinity crystal from the ruins beneath Antarctica after defeating the Bone Colossus and the Death Trialist. 18
- A portion of the Death Divinity was incorporated into Eve, granting Si Ming enhanced death-energy characteristics through their connection. 20
- Divinity Particles make his Battle Qi veil partially responsive, automatically thickening around areas under attack. 20
- Crow-derived prayers and ritual dreams later amplify his Divinity Particle reserve and alter the nature of his Necrotic Aura. 34
- The Death Divinity is too powerful for Si Ming to absorb directly; he required a specially created vessel rather than attempting raw integration. 19 20
Gene Lock
Si Ming possesses the first and second stages of the Gene Lock, a power that does not conflict with most enhancement paths. 13 33
- First stage — Enables near-perfect control over movement and improves his ability to stabilize dangerous energy circulation. 13 15
- Second stage — Greatly improves physical power, intuition, and self-mastery while allowing controlled enlargement into a minor giant. 33
- Pain tolerance — Remains mentally stable while Blood Bodhi repeatedly destroys and restores his body under the Main God’s repair beam. 33
Psionic and Dimensional Undead
Si Ming expands his army with unusual creatures purchased and reanimated through necromancy. 35
- Mind Flayers — Uses multiple controlled Mind Flayers for telekinesis, Mind Blast, illusion support, and collective shields. 35
- Byakhee — Commands a necromantically animated Byakhee capable of dimensional teleportation and aerial transport. 35 49
- Limitation — Byakhee teleportation causes Si Ming temporary dizziness even with all six attributes raised to one thousand. 35
Combat and Command
Si Ming is an experienced close-quarters fighter and battlefield planner rather than a formally trained swordsman. His fighting style is fast, accurate, ruthless, and focused on lethal points. 12 30
- Uses firearms, explosives, swords, summons, terrain, and enemy behavior in combination rather than adhering to a single style. 5 7 12 29
- Successfully defeated an Elite Yautja, Wolf, by damaging its shoulder cannon, forcing close combat, and detonating Battle Qi through a blade driven into its heart. 12
- Led survivors through the I Am Legend world, established a mall base, coordinated Colonel Neville’s research, and later organized the Celestial Team’s daily meetings and mission plans. 22 26 32 38 42
Equipment / Weapons / Items
- Nanosuit — High-tech armor compatible with his Night Battle Qi cloak and capable of expanding during his Gene Lock transformation. 13 33
- Profaned Greatsword — A dark-attribute ceremonial sword that ignites with Profaned Flame and is especially effective against spirits and vengeful ghosts. 13
- Samurai Edge – Albert Model — Modified with an infinite magazine and loaded with 9mm anti-biological heavy rounds. 5
- AA12 automatic combat shotgun — Carried with FARG-12 high-explosive shells capable of penetrating Xenomorph armor and destroying armored vehicles. 7
- Fusion Gun and shoulder-mounted railgun — Long-range weapons purchased for later missions; Si Ming can imbue railgun ammunition with Night Battle Qi. 16 46
- Dimensional Ring — Storage for ammunition, explosives, food, medicine, and other ordinary supplies that cannot safely enter his undead summoning space. 15 16
- One-Tomoe Sharingan — A consumable eye that produces fear-based illusions when fueled by Night Battle Qi; repeated activation degrades the item. 3
- Miskatonic University degree — A Main God-produced identity credential used to pose as Professor Si. 17 26
Relationships
- Eve — Si Ming’s created assistant and the vessel bearing the Death Divinity. She is loyal to him, provides companionship, assists with his personal space, and helps him regulate power that exceeds his body’s limits. 20 33
- Shizuka Ishikawa — The sole East Sea Team newcomer Si Ming chose to protect in the I Am Legend world. She obeys his orders, trains under his direction, and is later revealed as the Guide who offers him captain authority. 24 30 32
- Colonel Robert Neville — Ally in the I Am Legend world. Si Ming supplies Night Demons for Neville’s research and helps secure the KV Virus antidote before sending Neville away from New York with recovered humans and supplies. 26 32
- Lex Woods — Meets Si Ming under his Professor Si identity during his return to the AVP world. He gives her closure by returning a pendant containing her deceased companion’s photo. 17 19
- Yu Zhiwei — Celestial Team member from the India Team. Though she initially tries to manipulate Si Ming into proving leadership through combat, the two develop a working understanding through missions and team discussions. 36 38 45
- Valentina — Celestial Team ranger from the Forest Team. She initially disputes Si Ming’s authority but later seeks his counsel and works alongside him to defend the Guanyin Temple. 36 46 47
- Jacob — Celestial Team member and Profane Priest who wields Tyr’s divine power. Si Ming respects his experience and works with him on ritual preparation, defense, and mission planning. 37 39 46
- Song Tian — Celestial Team swordsman and wielder of Snow Drinker. He and Si Ming share mutual interest in sparring, though Song Tian has yet to force Si Ming to reveal his full melee ability. 37 40
- Guan Shiyin — A cursed child whose true name identifies her as the suitable vessel for summoning Guanyin. Si Ming protects her and later considers placing her with Ms. Chen at Guanyin Temple. 42 44 49

Trivia
- Si Ming calls his energy “Night Battle Qi,” but he suspects it is not truly Battle Qi; it assumes that form partly because he believes it to be Battle Qi. 14 34
- He considers himself a dual-specialization fighter because his energy conversion allows him to combine melee Battle Qi combat with necromantic summoning. 15
- His Miskatonic University degree is fully functional despite being acquired through the Main God. 26
