Legends and myths are not to be believed!

When these ideas come from the mouths of those who spread them, they have already undergone a certain degree of subjective speculation and deletion.

However, some true information is hidden within similar fallacies!

Along his journey, Sulu visited many elderly people and Scholar, heard many legends and stories, and extracted some subtle insights.

"The dominant belief in this world is the Mother Earth; there's absolutely no trace of the other six gods... In other words, this is the Mother Earth's private domain?"

"However... there are rumors of monsters and disasters, obvious traces of Evil God... and various forms of ancestral spirit worship by our ancestors..."

"It seems as if the Mother Earth was watching over a world that was about to unify its beliefs, but due to Twilight of the Gods, she had to suspend her investment?"

"Furthermore... the gaps and intervals in various myths and legends, ranging from seven hundred to fifteen hundred years, are they the intervals between twilight and Dawn?"

"Besides, some legends and stories are surprisingly similar to those of the Main World... For example, the hero Mord, a chosen one of the earth, once slew a dragon and defeated an apostle of the Underworld..."

"Could this be a coincidence? No... it must be a deliberate spread by the Mother Earth Church, to collect faith or legends for its subordinates?"

As Sulu listened to Old Baal's story across from him, his heart was filled with emotion.

In reality, the other person's skills were really not that great; not only were they forgetful, but they also had a strong verbal tic.

"So... what about the Meteor Forest?"

Sulu frowned and continued to ask.

"It's said that a meteorite fell there, but that happened hundreds of years ago... That forest is dangerous, inhabited by a pack of Wind Wolf. A single Wind Wolf might not be a match for Icefield Wolf, but they prefer to move in packs and are incredibly fast... Once they've set their sights on prey, they're doomed."

Old Baal let out a burp. "As for the ruins? Someone once got lost and wandered deep into the forest, supposedly seeing magnificent halls and white dragons flying in mid-air... I think it was just a hallucination after he ate poisonous mushrooms."

"Very well, I would like to hire you to take me to the vicinity of the Meteor Forest and show me the way to the ruins."

Sulu tossed a money pouch onto the table.

The crisp metallic clanging sound immediately caught Old Baal's attention, "Okay, no problem!"

The ruins of Meteor Forest are also very well-known among Wizard.

Not because of its vastness, but because of its danger!

Those less dangerous ruins have long been explored by the Wizard.

However, Sulu wasn't very interested in ruins that could be explored by a group of level two or three professionals, as they probably didn't contain any information above the fifth rank.

The next day, he followed old Baal into a forest.

The journey was very peaceful; there were no robbers or bandits.

Those who actually dared to take action were eliminated by Sulu last night.

After a day and a night of trekking, Old Baal led Sulu to a forest.

This forest is strange; cedar-like plants are scattered throughout the mountains and fields, and the edges of their leaves have a silvery sheen.

"The flora and fauna in this area are different from those in other places... I heard it's because of the changes brought about by a meteorite!"

Old Baal pointed to a river. "The survivor managed to escape the forest by following this river. If you want to go deeper and explore the ruins, you can probably find it by going upstream."

After he finished speaking, he stared at Sulu expectantly.

"Very good."

Sulu tossed a money pouch over.

For him, being able to save the trouble of finding his way by using a little gold and silver was a very worthwhile thing.

As for the Wind Wolf and such, he didn't care at all.

Even if they are extraordinary beings, they are just here to give away experience points.

Sulu's figure flashed, leaping to the top of a tree. With a single bound, he flew several meters horizontally, using the branches to keep moving. Old Baal, witnessing this, rubbed his eyes, almost thinking he was hallucinating, "That's either a knight or Wizard. Luckily, I wasn't planning on anything bad!"

Old Baal patted his chest with relief, carefully hid the money bag on his person, and contentedly began his journey home.

"Is this... the Wind Wolf?"

Sulu lay prone in the shade of a tree, watching the wolf pack not far away.

This forest is home to many animals, especially a type of rabbit that is half the height of a person and has very powerful hind legs. A single kick from it could potentially cause serious injury to a person.

But in the face of wolves, they are still just food.

There were more than a dozen Wind Wolf that appeared. They had soft, bluish fur that seemed to shimmer with a faint light.

It appears to be a degenerated transcendent species as well.

However, compared to the size of the dominant Icefield Wolf, the Wind Wolf is not so impressive. But they are quite united, and when they go out, there are at least ten or more of them. They also know how to cooperate when hunting.

Once their numbers increase, they become a very difficult opponent.

"But that still won't stop the Wizard... unless there are extraordinary beings among them, or even Wisdom beings!"

Sulu followed the river upstream, passing through areas forbidden to living beings, and finally saw his destination.

It was a complex of buildings constructed of white stone, covering a vast area.

For some reason, the wild grass, vines, and trees stopped growing at the edge of the building complex, creating a very clear boundary.

Behind the vines, in the dense forest, the figures of strong Wind Wolf were clearly visible, some sitting, some lying down, like loyal guards.

One of them, in particular, was three times larger than its kind, with a thick, scarf-like tuft of fur around its neck and a blue crescent-shaped mark on its forehead.

"A wolf! A third-tier transcendent?"

Inspiration spread, and upon contact with the aura, Sulu's expression darkened.

Like humans, extraordinary beings are subject to Twilight of the Gods, making it difficult for them to be born and advance.

If this Wind Wolf King existed during the era of Spirit Tide revival, it would be at least a fourth-tier beast, and there's even a high chance it would advance to legendary status!

Its presence here, and its continued presence guarding it, seems quite suspicious.

"Were they 'guards' assigned to the White Palace? Or their descendants?"

Sulu muttered something, created a Shadow Clone to guard it, and instantly his Soul Projection.

In the Mind World.

He saw numerous orbs of light around him, unlike those of humans, appearing ferocious and wild—the Mind Secret Realm of a wild beast.

"The minds of beasts are different from those of humans. If I were to intrude, it would be tantamount to undergoing a test of 'loss of control'..."

The human Mind Secret Realm, still subconsciously believes itself to be human.

The mind of a beast is not like that; it fundamentally denies its own concept of 'humanity,' and for a professional to rashly enter into it is extremely dangerous.

"Fortunately... I don't have to do that."

Sulu gazed at the surrounding orbs of light and took a deep breath. "Spirit Pressure!"

Hoo hoo!

A terrifying pressure, like the might of Dragon Might, descended, constantly pressing down on the surrounding orbs of light, creating an effect akin to a ' Mind Storm '!
